Stayed for three days before my flight home, location is pretty good.
Facilities are very basic but the price is very cheap so that is fair enough.
Im not 100% sure about the cleanliness of this place but the bathroom facilities were okay, the dormitories didn’t seem to be very clean. But i figured i got what i payed for. 
Staff were okay, and hostel was secure. 

Not bad, not good.

Close to the beach, the subway, everything. Super safe, WiFi everywhere, always clean, complete and spacious kitchen. hot water in the bathroom at all times. The attention is impeccable, there was always someone to consult, very attentive to your needs. I think maybe it would be necessary to renovate the mattresses. Good price-quality ratio. 100% RECOMMENDED.

The hostel has a good location, including breakfast in the price (it's not a great breakfast but it's not bad for the price).In addition, you can both stay in a private room for very little more than the price of a room shared with more people anywhere else.Good price-quality ratio.

Good location in Rio de Janeiro

I stayed 7 days at the Hostel and I have to say that it is excellent, 100% recommended. Very good location, close to Copacabana beach, metro, supermarkets, shops, restaurant, etc. The attention is wonderful, especially Thiago who is very friendly and attentive. Very good place to stay in Rio.

Excellent location and attention.

I have no complaints about safety and human warmth. The only problem was that they put eight people in a room for five and we were really busy. But otherwise, everything was excellent. We had no problems with anything and even helped us with directions on how and when to transport ourselves to different places. They allowed us to always drink and make precautions, bring friends and even cooks and keep things in the fridge with total confidence that nothing would be stolen from us, and so on.

Olympic Stadium is good!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hostel for one night in August. Unfortunately the size of the dorm room was a massive problem - we stayed in the 6 bed room which was absolutely TINY and meant I had no sleep because it was extremely hot (the fan is small and not powerful) and I was put on the top bunk of a 3-bunk bed (and banged my head when I woke up this morning because I had 0 space). The room should hold maximum 4 people and even this I think would be a real squeeze. There is also a bed on the floor in the middle of two bunks which means there is absolutely no space to put your luggage apart from a few lockers (which mainly have broken locks). Toilets/showers are very small/cramped as well and not too clean. 

The hostel does have some redeeming qualities - very friendly staff (only one speaks English though so you have to ask for her), brilliant location situated about a 4 minute walk from Copacabana beach, average breakfast (toast, bananas, yoghurts and coffee). However it was the cheapest hostel we found in Copacabana as we booked the morning before we came. Overall not a great hostel.. Find somewhere else and book in advance as the area is expensive.

Not great

Right now I'm in the hostel, I've been here 3 days and everything is going perfectly! Very good attention, people have been very kind including the owner, there are security cameras, a very comfortable terrace to eat or share, the kitchen is a little small but at this time there are not so many people so all right, there is a refrigerator and plum to put a number on your things, in the rooms there are backpackers, there is hot water in the showers and the location is close to the beach, supermarket and center. We are 4 friends, each night we cost ourselves R$35 perfect! Maybe the only detail is to walk carefully on the street because a candle is nearby, but there is nothing else.

Very good hostel.

The caregivers have no idea what they're doing, they're not cordial with the guests, they don't provide information and every time you ask a question they look at you ugly. The attention is really terrible and they act like they're doing you a favour by staying. The owner is the worst of all has a very obnoxious way of talking as well as his two employees. I went with a friend and the first two nights they pulled a mattress on the floor so we were charged R200 each night, we didn't have air or ventilator, the wifi worked poorly and there were times when it didn't work for hours, we had food in the kitchen that even though we disappeared.

The worst hostel I've ever been to in my life.

Stayed in a private room. Room was ok, although there was ants in it when we arrived. Got a spray for it from the reception which helped though. Breakfast nothing special but you don't expect much from a budget hostel. The shared kitchen was alright and useful even though a bit small if someone else is in there at the same time. 
Wifi worked in room but was very slow and unstable during our stay.
