I stayed almost 2 weeks in this hotel during the Olympic games. The location was perfect, 2 streets from the Metro and 15 min walking distance to the Maracana Stadium. 
Overall, it was clean and staff very helpful. 

Very quiet enviroment and large breakfast. Really, I did have a good experience in this hostel.

Located very close to Metro Station and Quiet enviroment

We went to Rio in carnival time... everything was very expensive and this was an affordable hostel. It is very far away from the center and the beaches. It is accessible by subway, but it is about 45 minutes. The area in which it is located is very nice, residential, quiet. The hostel is not bad. We stayed in a private room. Shared bathroom. Breakfast included (that was enough). Very good care of staff, all very attentive. I don't understand much about the spa part... To stay a couple of days in an accessible place is fine.

We stayed 10 days in this Hostel and enchanted everything, the good care and very kindness of the people who work there if we recommend them anyway and they will always remember us as we left a copper gift in the reception... To return once and a thousand times Saludos from Chile 😉

It's all good.

I stayed at that hostel during World War II. The pleasant atmosphere, the varied and good breakfast. The staff very friendly. When taking a shared room you should always take care of your things. Fortunately I had no problem in that regard. I loved the service of the kitchen as I could buy my food at the market and use the kitchen to prepare it. The location is excellent, near the Alfonso Pena station, of the subway. I felt at home. Thank you all!

A good place to be.

I felt at home and was able to enjoy Rio to the fullest just in time for the World Cup.All the staff: Norma, Mauricio, Víctor, etc. all very friendly. Clean, comfortable, located in a quiet, safe area and close to the metro and bus station.I would definitely return and recommend it to my friends.

Stayed in this hostel 6 nights in June when attending World Cup. The location is good as the hostel located close to metro station; staff speak English and were helpful. But be extremely cautious with other guests!! My jersey was stolen and after I reported to management I was told they could do nothing as those suspects stayed in the room next to mine had checked out already.
