The bathroom is spacious, but only with one outlet for the whole room, without any outlet in the bathroom. Wide windows but with poor quality curtains, very soft bed, so you can sink in it, very uncomfortable. The shower is electric, but the maximum degree of heating is not enough for a warm water on cold days. The roofs have acorns and mold, which trigger my allergy, low quality breakfast. Despite this, the environment is large, with beautiful natural landscapes and potential for improvement. Very receptive attendants.

Unpleasant experience

A cozy place, excellent service. We have a few wines on the balcony with a beautiful view and a delicious cold. It's worth knowing the hostel. In the summer it has a nice swimming pool. It's worth knowing. That's not to mention the Wine Route, which is another wonder.

I was received by Andressa, very polite and attentive, unfortunately I stayed only from Saturday to Sunday, in the rainy season there's not much to do, but in the summer it must be very nice, the place very cozy and super, hyper quiet, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities.

The Owl's Nest, a great place

Nice quiet place, breakfast OK, but only bread in shape. :(and only a toaster, you could add a sandwich. At least they had scrambled eggs. Coffee with a slightly burnt taste. Good room, with balcony and a view of the garden that I loved. I liked the micro-academy, but the bike deserves attention (cleaning and lubrication) so it doesn't fall apart. The sauna was a treat, the high point. Wifi was bad.

Tranquility and excellent location

Pousada has everything to be an excellent grade, but it needs a little more attention and warmth. Positive points: Space, tranquility, easy access to the highway and a great breakfast. Points to improve/consider: away from the wine road (8-10km); they do not have a restaurant at the Pousada headquarters (this service may have been disabled); Towels change, only happen within a certain time and if requested; as well as cleaning the room.
