Just a little bit over a couple hours from Rio de Janeiro city, this guest house is surely the number ONE place to stay in Saquarema. Within a block from the best beach spot for surfers, visitors and also locals, you are able to enjoy the abundant natural beauty of the region. Thais and Marcos run this place with great professionalism and go above and beyond to meet their guests expectations and needs. The place and rooms are clean, tidy and have a "feel at home" vibe. Great for all. Singles, couples and families. I stayed for a few days with a friend and couldn't have asked for better service and assistance. I am definitely coming back!

Surfer paradise getaway

I have stayed in Fui Surfar Guesthouse during the Saquarema surfing contest. Me and my bf had a room to ourselves on the bottom part of the house. The room was clean and super comfy and so was the whole house. The best things were the breakfast which is full of variaty and homemade very delicious food, and the hosts who are just so sweet! I still miss Thais and Marcus and think about them constantly! Wouldn't consider any other place to stay in Saquarema! They really know how to make you feel home! PS: Spent my birthday there and Thais even made me a homemade Carrot cake! One of my best birthday days =)

I had the pleasure of staying at Fui Surfar Guesthouse during my time in Saquarema.  The hosts were very welcoming and had some great insight on where to go in the area.  The house is beautiful and immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.  I highly recommend you check it out!

Eu fui para Fui Surfar Guesthouse & foi muito, muito bom

This is the best place you can find in Saquarema. The owners are really kind and friendly! They'll make you fell at home and will help you out whenever you need. The rooms are confortable, and everything is very clean and organized. There are 2 shared rooms, one bathroom, a suite, a large living room and a nice and wide porch upstairs. Downstairs there is another suite, a bathroom, a tv room, a dinning room and  agood kitchen that will attend you perfectly. There is a delicious breakfast included in the fare. Outside the house you'll find a awesome backyard where you can park you car, and take a refreshing shower after a day at the beach. They can prepare food and also sell beaverages to the guests. The famous point of Itauna is just a 3 minute walk from the house. So, if you're a surfer, want to make friends, look for budget and surfer partners, definitely this is the best place you'll find. Marco, the owner, is a great surfer and great person. He knows everyone and all the best surf conditions. For sure you should consider staying at Fui Surfar Guest House!

Best Guest House in Saquarema

Fui Surfar (gone surfing) exceeded my expectations. A beautifully presented house, with tranquil gardens in a fabulous spot, one street back from beach. The best breakfast I ate in South America. The owners go the extra mile to make it your perfect holiday escape. Singles, couples or families would equally enjoy.
