There's hardly anything to do except fish and try to get into the pools that even on very sunny days are absurdly icy, usually only children enter the little one. There are no bugs that appear in the advertisements. But there are great rooms, great service, simple but tasty meals. In coffee the bread is not so good, it's drier and without much choice, even though for the price paid it's very good. It's worth it if you really want to rest only with food and a nice view. It's about 10 minutes from the center of Serra Negra by car, then a good option for those who will spend part of the day out of the hotel strolling.

A wonderful hotel, excellent service! The staff are super attentive, Henry and Sidney are undoubtedly hospitable people! The room is extremely clean, wonderful food, you see that it is made with natural flavours! I have food restriction and felt very comfortable, because there were many options served! We will surely come back many times! There is also a compliment to the gestures that are always present in the hotel, friendly and very solicitous! The love they have for the farm animals moved us, we were able to accompany a small sheep being fed by a nurse! We will never forget this experience again!

It's a pity we don't have a heated indoor pool, good food, beautiful place, few animals, no water for kids during games, it's a bad thing, nice team, spacious rooms, cool monitors, but they can't get adults excited.

Wonderful farmhouse hotel in the Sierra Negra.

Super quiet hotel, clean and cozy location. They serve a full meal (coffee, lunch and dinner) fresh and tasty food with plenty of variety. Easy access to the city and other tourist spots. Very attentive people, we got close to the restaurant closing time and were super attentive when we arrived. Super attentive staff.

The food is wonderful, great service from the servants, clean rooms with fan, excellent recreation equipment, the pool is very cold, I believe the solar panels above the restaurant are not heating up, there are few animals on the farm, I couldn't practice sport fishing because I didn't have a stick and hook, but it was a great accommodation.

The hotel has some positive points like a nice view, a spacious room with air conditioning and a hot tub, but on the other hand it needs to improve in several respects: Lack of organization and improvement in attendance, we sat down to have breakfast and one of the employees was spraying the bush next to us, with a deafening noise from the machine, we need to complain so that someone touched what was bothering us. Very repetitive food, because it is a weekend should have something different, the taste of the desserts not very pleasant. Lack of boys to attend to the tables, we had breakfast in the right outdoor area, 2 hours later our dishes and such things were still dirty on the outdoor table, few employees. The hotel is simple, it has a beautiful landscape, but it requires some care. They had many scattered ants (including near toys for children) The pool during our stay, I didn't see anyone cleaning. Even it was full of bugs in the water. Even the pool chairs truncated (there was a risk of someone falling and getting hurt). Buffet very simple, there wasn't much choice (well repetitive). And the recreation only had a monitor that saved my daughter's days. This was exceptional, very charismatic, dedicated, attentive to everyone and very polite (position very different from one of the owners) This deserves a note 10. Wonderful farmhouse hotel, full board, well located, easy access to the center, attentive staff, clean space, good for rest and relaxation, great breakfast with good options, stay in the suite with hot tub overlooking the mountains, this is the second time we're going and we'll definitely be back.

We love everything in this hotel, the service, the children's recreation, the location and the meals, a delight for those who really want to rest. It has a wonderful view of the mountains.
