Serra Negra

This hotel is wonderful, it exceeds our expectations; the restaurant serves the best meals, 5 star food! All the staff are extremely solicitous, the waiters have been in the house for years and treat us like family! The rooms are very comfortable, finally, just compliments!

That's perfect!

The hotel is old and traditional. The prices are above the local average, but it is worth the experience, due to the attention and good service. It has meals that we consider fine, but self-service. It has its own source of mineral water, which is served at the table as courtesy. Meals are included in the daily and are worth it. On Fridays and Saturdays it has tasting of wine and cheeses (included), with live music of quality. Even for the highest price, we recommend for all that is offered, all well served and courteous.

I thought the hotel was pretty decadent, especially with regards to the meals. There were few options for salad and also hot dishes. The basic, well done but the basic. Large but very old rooms. The recreation was worth it.

I expected more.

We have just returned from Serra Negra, where we stayed at the Hotel Radio. Bathroom: spacious, with niches on the side of the square and inside the box, which has made it very easy to use the hygiene products. In fact, the hotel has extremely cheerful and attentive staff. Positive points: standard room: spacious, wooden floor, comfortable bed, fresh and smelly clothes, large guard-clothes, with a full-body mirror. Restaurant: a pleasant food, not to be saturated and wine with the same water available during meals. First thing I see is a living room, with a full-body bathroom. Everything is in the hotel's natural environment, and in the area of the bathroom. If you want to visit the hotel, you can visit the hotel with a pleasantly decorated swimming pool and a nice dining area.

High degree of sympathy and comfort

Great location, good service, good room, comfortable, with mineral water bath, excellent forest for walking, all inclusive restaurant very good and varied. White cheese, quality jellies, timely tea, corn brow, everything tasty at breakfast/small lunch. At lunch and dinner they put a jar of mineral water on the table at no cost. Live music every day. The musician who plays on weekdays is a note 10. Towels in the pool, mineral water source to drink. Everything good. On the main street of the mall. I'll definitely be back.

It's a great hotel.

We spent a weekend with family in this traditional hotel in S. Negra. Perfectly located in the city center, with very well preserved facilities, cordial care, spacious rooms, good quality bedding and bathroom. With full board, full breakfast, full lunch and dinner with well tempered food. The observation is due to the air conditioning of the rooms which, although well maintained, are old-fashioned (not split) and make much louder than the most modern ones. Another issue that deserves observation is the access to the area of the resort, which is hindered by the steep ramp, or access by electric car that does not always work depending on the weather. But in a way the set is very pleasing, heating the swimming pools and service that are generally.

We were in 4 people and we stayed in the Luxury Suite. I was surprised by the experience in this hotel, we enjoyed everything. We closed a full boarding house and it was very worth it because the food is excellent and the sympathy and attention of the bartenders and the entire restaurant team is a differentiator. The live music at night makes all the difference, because there is not much to do in the city at night and the music animates. After dinner it was nice to be in the living room enjoying the music. My children were very little left with the monitors, but I realized that everyone is very attentive and polite since they made a point of greeting them whenever we passed them. The room I stayed was excellent in everything: location, drinking water, warmth, warmth, comfortable bed, clean clothes, and room, hotel space. Enchanted by the hotel

Very good hotel indeed. I have no complaints or criticisms to make. All the extremely attentive and sympathetic staff, somewhat old but very good accommodations as well as the used bedding, excellent meals (coffee, lunch and dinner), excellent location. I just couldn't get to know the outside area where you can take walks on some trail.

Great choice in the city

The hotel has positive points: staff service (excellent), food (very good) and a nice pool. But the rooms go back to the last century, completely outdated. The internet is a chapter apart: bad, just doesn't work in the rooms. The worst point for me was the gym: old equipment, poorly maintained (there were 3 mattresses, where 2 didn't work and another was of poor quality, besides decalibrated and with broken cushions). There was also no alcohol and ice cream and cleaning clothes in the gym, which is normally unacceptable, even more nowadays. Access to the leisure area (beach tennis and tennis frames, these are in a very bad state of preservation) is super stagnant and the floor wasn't bad.

Median hotel

This is a family favorite.  My husband’s family (and now ours) has been going here for generations.  My children loved it when they were small, and today they would still probably drop everything and go for a weekend with us.  The food is delicious, the beds are comfortable, but the best part is the hotels special programming for kids and adults.
