The hotel is very tasteful, the structure has everything to do right, although small and beautiful, good taste, now it needs maintenance and care in all areas... the toy store was practically abandoned and dirty.... Because it was near the lake I think I would have to have at least one monitor for safety, we were also strange not to be able to use the kayak and the pedal after leaving the pool since they are activities inside a lake... I think it lacks a little goodwill, we could dry, or the employee himself if he was wet. The equipment is under the sun obviously would be super fast... we could arrive on Tuesdays at the carnival fair, we lacked some kind of monitoring and recreation for the children, from carnival, we absolutely did not feel... I hope we could take care of the weather and activities and have a better space to heal and get back to the carnival...

Reasonable but there is potential for improvement

We closed our stay for a week, my husband and my 4-year-old daughter. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but our assessment is of many other guests and the cost vs. benefit did not compensate. The stay was worth over R1,100, but what is offered is below that value. The hotel photos are beautiful and generate a great expectation, but when we arrived we had a certain disappointment, it has everything that shows the photos, but it is very small, everything is very close, which in the end is not a bad thing.

Stay for a week!!!!!

On January 12 I asked if the value would still be the same and if the date is available and the attendant Arieli said that I had no more vacancy available. On the 13th my wife got in touch and the same attendant said that she had the date over the value would be 2000 the price had already changed, I contacted the same asking why she had told me that she no longer had the date and my wife said that it had changed the price. We love the stay, the activities, the hotel not so big but with animation and plenty to do, my son loved the monitor, very fun, but not age-specific, simple but tasty food, delicious shower in the rooms...

It's worth a visit.

The hotel is very good to go with a child, especially if the child is already big (from about 4 years old) because he can enjoy the games and activities better. I went with my husband and my 2-year-old daughter and in general we enjoyed it very much. Both breakfast and lunch and dinner have plenty of options, homemade and tasty food. At lunch there is barbecue and on Saturday night there was a mass festival. The staff are all very nice and kind. The part that I found bad was the option I chose as accommodation, which was the bangaloos. I have allergic rhinitis and I almost had to come before because I had an absurd anti-allergic crisis because no host did. I don't know if this was a strong effect because of the fact that the rhinitis was just above the bed, but I thought it had been covered by a powder or a piece of wood, but when I was sitting in the bathroom, it was like a nice, nice, nice, nice place to sleep and when I was sitting in the bathroom, it was a nice place.

Great hotel for kids, but needs improvement in some aspects like cleaning.

My family and I love our stay. We stayed at the hotel for four days and it was simply fantastic! We love everything, especially the adventures like: skiing, climbing and tree climbing. Congratulations to everyone at the hotel. We'll be back soon.

Stay at the farmhouse hotel.

My daughter was very happy with the attractions for her age, skiing, tricycling, climbing, kids area, fishing and a heated swimming pool with a water park.

Family Vacation

Cozy hotel, we're in the bungalow, perfect cleanliness, good food, barbecue on Saturday and Sunday, mass festival on Saturday night. What certainly won us over were the employees, especially the children's and adult recreation team, you guys are too much, my daughter Antonella didn't want to leave, she was well taken care of by the recreator Gohan, thank you🙏

Recovery team makes a difference

My husband, I and our pet had an incredible experience! We were very well served from the first contact to make the reservation. Everything was very good, the room (the chalet) is super cozy, the beds are very good, hygiene, bedding and towels, everything very clean! Not to mention the beautiful view to the lake. We took our puppy and we had no problems, the fact that we had a reserved space to make the meals together with her made us very happy, she enjoyed the ride very much. For those who have children it is an excellent option, because the recreation team is sensational, even adults have fun. What an amazing experience!

Great super cozy place, perfect cleaning, wonderful food, with barbecue on Saturday and Sunday and mass festival on Saturday night. More than that, what certainly won us over were the staff, who make us feel at home, especially I want to thank the children's and adult recreation team. You guys are too much to realize the partnership that you have with each other, always helping each other. Thank you very much that makes all the difference. We'll definitely be back!
