The hostel in relation to the location is very good, close to the center and the beach, the breakfast is good varied, price/quality ratio good, regular cleaning and has parking but it pays a portion. Pipa has a very nice center and the best beach is made there vi the dolphins, I had them at 3 beautiful meters!

Well, well, well, well.

Simple room and bathroom, I didn't have to fry in my room, good breakfast... good point was the location... on the main street with plenty of commerce, craft shops, restaurants, ice cream shops.

Great location.

Accommodation with excellent cost benefit, well located in the city centre with well-cooled clean rooms, and the breakfast is also excellent nice hostel both the facade when the interior location, quite polite staff indicated.

I rarely felt as badly attended as I did at Pipa's Sunset. I got to the hostel and found out that they were at work, without telling me anything. A total discomfort, the noise of the sawmill, the breakdown of the floor, the talking of the stonemason, all that on the side of my room! I woke up with noise, I couldn't sleep after lunch and all the other discomforts of a play. I complained to the manager and she simply said that she couldn't do anything, she wouldn't give me any discount, and that if I wanted to go out, I would have to look for another hostel. She didn't even help me. Total sweat and helplessness, I felt in a busy place and not in a messy place.

Bad experience, bad service, bad facilities

The hostel has only the good location, plus they are poorly prepared and confused employees. They didn't want to leave the air control with us. They leave out utensils and food during the coffee. The premises structure is poorly preserved. The booking says that payment could be made with credit and debit cards, but they forced us to go behind the bank to get cash in kind. They don't even offer a soap, when I complained I was told where I could buy it. There was a lot of noise in the hallways that go into the rooms. Paying 250 reais a day I found disproportionate to what they offer. Parking has to pay at another place 8 reais without any control.

It's not worth what you pay

I made the reservation through the booking and one month after the booking they asked me to deposit 50% of the amount in up to 7 days. I immediately made the transfer, but unfortunately after 2 months I had to cancel the reservation and I'm begging them to return the money to me according to the free cancellation booking policy. I've sent email, whatssap and the answer is always the same... I'm verifying. You should have good sense and return my money right away, pickaxe.

Poor communication

Beautiful accommodation, new, air-conditioned, serviced by its owner, excellent attention and attention to detail! we had a very good day at that place! affordable prices and accommodation in the center of the city, next to all the tourist shops and travel agency!
