Family weekend

We had a bad stay. The air conditioning in one of the rooms of the accommodation did not work. Until then it is understood. The problem came afterwards: as it was a condo, an employee is the coordinator. First we called Booking to solve it because Pipa was hot and it was impossible to sleep in that situation. Booking sent to contact the accommodation, which was impossible, since the number always went off. And in this push game, the air conditioning was only concerted 48 hours later and with a lot of insistence. Part of the leisure time was lost on phone calls, the booking did not solve a problem that should have been solved (which we left with fear, because we were in a crowded city), with any fact that could be solved.

Bad and traumatic stay

The apartment is large, well-equipped and air-conditioned. Some of them have a hot tub on the terrace, but it just happens to be common use of the condo. In the leisure area there are two swimming pools and a ping pong table. The condo is at the end of one of the busiest streets in Pipa and for those who like to walk, everything is close by, there is a market, a bakery and walking a little bit more.

Perfect days

He's meeting expectations well, he's careful, he's clean, he's still got a lot of locked-in spaces from the pandemic, he's got a kitchen in every cabin, he's got a good location, he's got to make reservations for swimming pool use.

Great place for the family

It's not a hotel but a condominium house. I rented a deluxe villa apartment and I had loud neighbors and since the house was shared there was a locked door that would let me hear everything the neighbor was talking about, bathroom TV etc. Pro: Beautiful swimming pools and garden but generally it's not worth what they order daily nor does it look like a 4-star hotel.

If you lower the price, it's worth it.

Beware of the owner's scam!!

It's a condominium where you rent a dept but in the same condominium nobody takes over anything or an administrator x depto or whatever problem you have to call x phone and wait for q to solve you... the place is very nice clean and quiet... the depts very comfortable You can't listen to music... you can't take in the pile... they have no grills no breakfast and the Q offer you is very bad and basic... Tendrían q that improving the public care system is terrible....Cdo flames come but at the same time in Brazil... There's only internet in the depts... Only you clean the pieces and you clean the toilets every three days... it's a long time since q came from the beach and the pile is continuously being used in the toilets.... every moment with respect to improving the services of the city is incredible...

Excellent pocket in the pipe.

It's located south of downtown and main street, dolphin beach. It's great for a family. It has parking lots, though I'm not sure if they're enough as we come in the off-season. It has a good pool with locker rooms and bar. The apartments are small and relatively comfortable, have Wi-Fi and TV with SKy, and cooking amenities.

A good place to be.
