We booked into the Chalé Refuge de la lagune on 12/12 and we talked to the owner of the chalets and she said that she was leaving the rental service and she could do nothing but contact the agency responsible, Lus. They said that we could not relocate the property and my family to another reservation because the chalets were all already booked and as we were alone: No, my husband and my daughter had not ruined this room and put it in another room. I said that I had not paid any more for this room to be repaired and I said that I would not pay any more for the last day and that I would not be able to return to the pool.

Disappointing

We went on a family hike and loved the cottage. Excellent location by the lagoon beach and great accommodation, pool, barbecue and game room. We were very happy and satisfied with the trip and the way we were served.

Great place, excellent service, worth a visit and stay

The cost and benefit of this hostel was what attracted me most when it closed. The room I stayed in had the mini kitchen, television, air conditioning, fan, utensils in the kitchen. Everything was clean, no smell of stored or closed. But I stayed in a room behind which had a washing machine, and it was working fine, which is to say, I was waking up to the noise of the machine. Negative point. The bathroom is very small, not to mention that there is no place to stretch wet clothes, you have to leave everything in the room because there is no hanger in the room, which could have and be quite simple. For those who have little, I suggest.
