The hostel is very well located, very close to the beach, super attentive staff and always ready to serve, but it has many points to improve. Rooms - It has a strong smell of mold and I had trouble sleeping at night, the next day we left the window open to improve the smell, TV with a very bad signal. The bed linen was torn and the very old towels were stained. Viewer - It has an amazing view, but access is very expensive, it was very dirty and not very secure. Staying in Pousada you already know it's a simple place, but this hostel is overgrown and very bad. And look, you basically just go to take a bath and sleep and stay on the beach all day. They run out of shower water every day, and the manager doesn't know what to do, he turns on the pump to fill the box and makes a terrible noise. You can't sleep. The people who are hired to serve breakfast and cleaning are all in a bad mood. Breakfast is good for a hostel. Pousada has to improve a lot.

JAN/23. In Booking there was no information that the couple always stays on the 5th. double-staircase floor, with no one to help (it was already a pain for the elderly). On the ceiling of my room bathroom I had a toilet paper covering a drip hole, bizarre!!. The pool without filter, no shower, no feet wash (the gentleman who works at the reception reported that they took it away because the guests were spending a lot of water (oh?????!!!!!!) and there were people entering the dirty water of the pool. The morning coffee had hygiene with a spoon inside.

We came in six, they put us in a room for five, the guy who works at the reception is extremely ignorant, he does everything wrong, the paper in our room is finished and we went to order another one and he we went in one that was already being used, the room service is horrible, they leave everything in a zone, they just put the cloth on the floor, they don't change the sheets! The cost benefit is good, but it's not worth it, it's better to spend a little more on one that's better. It's away from the city center and no Uber has accepted a call here, the traffic on the avenue is huge for those who come by car!

Hotel very close to the beach, quiet, safe. With supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The breakfast very abundant and rich, with delicious fruits. The kindness of the staff is also something to highlight at all times.

The infrastructure (living, facilities) is new but very limited, the sanitary for example does not have the accessory that replaces the bidet. The TV in the room has no cable service, only 4 air channels. The cleaning is very good although little attention is paid, the staff is difficult to identify and their presence is very depleted. The breakfast is well served but without taking care of health aspects such as protecting it from flies or taking care of keeping the products fresh. The WiFi almost never works. The hostel is saved by the care of David, the one responsible for night care. It is excellent and always willing to solve any convenience. The price is convenient considering that it is about 250 m from the beach. Climbing the car over the collector is something very cozy. The personal space is very busy by the route and in addition to the traffic jams, there is no resting place for the rest of the day without taking too much care of the roads, and in addition to the traffic jams, there are no distractions with the guests.

The attention is little emphasized.The facilities are uncomfortable.
