We came to the city for business, just for one night. We stayed at this hotel because it was one of the recommended ones by the company and at first it seemed like a decent place, despite certain inconveniences like parking outside the building.

Hotel Baratas

Everything clean, super-mindful staff and management, excellent breakfast, close to the city mall, very comfortable beds and pillows, just a few infrastructure observations.

Excellent cost benefit.

There were 6 days of Accommodation (June 2022) POSITIVE POINTS: ■Excellent attendance by ALL employees, a few loves; ■Large and comfortable couple's bed; ■Close business; ■Large bathroom, with pleasant shower and excellent water distribution. ■Flawless room internet; ■Windows well insulated from street noise; ■Different morning coffee; ■Simply friendly maidens, always offering help. ●Note that I have daily cleanliness. ●NEGATIVE POINTS: ●Place without acoustic protection or anything that happens in the corridors, even at dawn! ●Parking outside the hotel I didn't control this; ●Place of rest in the centre of the hotel.

I was very dissatisfied with the hotel, too much noise and employees many 100 education, misleading advertising, poorly hygienised rooms, breakfast with fruit for a week, and very poorly educated employees, especially those who book on WhatsApp, misleading advertising on the website

I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel in general. I was FUCKED by the booking announcement saying that it was a pet accommodation. Actually, they don't accept, they're at their maximum. They charge an abusive fee of 40 reais, which for me has no justification. Besides, they made me sign an absurd term, saying that if any guest complained, they should take the dog out of the hotel and take it to another place. Besides, the hotel is old, they hear noise all night long! I didn't like it and I wouldn't come back to me.

Excellent hotel, impeccable cleanliness of the place, breakfast with many varieties, in relation to the reception the attendant Antônio was extremely helpful and helped me in relation to a personal difficulty of moving to another place, requested the vehicle from the hotel and was not charged anything extra so congratulations to all, without exception.

Excellent service.

Very old facilities, leakage in the bathroom. We arrived late, around 11:00, tired. Pretty simple breakfast. It was the minimum necessary to sleep. You can hear noises in the hallway.

Old hotel

Hotel with enough amenities to accommodate and for a passing stay. There is no swimming pool, gym, rooms with air conditioning and cable TV. The hotel is next to the bus station which makes it attractive when you go for business.
