I went to work and stayed 1 day. I only stayed in this hotel because it was cheaper to book. I usually stay in Vila Hibisco because I don't want to see anyone else. The hotel can't be classified as three stars. Carelessly, needs maintenance, very dirty. We arrived and were put in a room with a broken window and air conditioning that didn't work. Didn't you see that before? We cried and were put in the suite. Horrible, poorly preserved like everything else. Traces on the walls, doors and windows dirty floor, dirty lustre, dirty lustre, full of insects. Broken soap. Taken near the bed doesn't work. Look at photos. Mattresses and tight towels.

I thought I'd have a nice day at this hotel, but I just had back pain, they just put together two single beds and put a linen to fool us, and the dirt in the pool, it looked like they hadn't cleaned for days, scanty breakfast and rude, rude staff, I'll never come back to this hotel.

Only one advantage, location. Disadvantages: Culinary, bad, no options for dishes. Facilities, old and unmaintained. On the way to Annex II, after the pool, the presence of cockroaches, many and a little more. Whoever has the courage to stay DO NOT stay on the first floor of Annex II. (Hello Vassouras Health Vigilance). There are no drinks, there is no wine and if the customer wants to drink wine, he can bring it, but he has to pay a roll of R$40. By phone contact and Whatsapp I was informed that refund would be made, but two months passed and nothing was done. Cancellation was quickly made by the hotel. But now the refund... I've sent several emails and whatsaaps. No apology from the hotel.

The reception at the hotel is beautiful, as is the restaurant, where we had breakfast that, by the way, left a little to be desired, since the options were not so many. Our room was very small, with almost no circulation. Two people in the bathroom, not even thinking. A clean but poorly maintained bathroom, with hardpox in everything that is place. There was no place to put the hygiene stuff, like deodorant, toothbrush and so on, which had to stay in the room. It wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't go back to stay there.

You've seen better times

I made the mistake of booking two rooms in this hotel for a weekend in early July, with 50% advance of the lodging value. In view of the impossibility of traveling, I contacted the institutional WhatsApp (the same reservation channel) to request cancellation of the booking and refund of the said deposit, since the withdrawal was being formalized within the deadline set out in the cancellation policy. Although hotel officials had assured that the refund would be effected directly to my bank account, until today this did not happen. For more than 10 (ten) times I contacted the manager, supervisor, owner or any responsible person who could have provided any such a request. There was never even an apology - nothing that leads to the cancellation policy - that the hotel must be deliberately disorganized, or that the hotel must be well-established, or that it should be avoided with disorganized accommodation.

They're not returning the reservation deposit as promised.

Beautiful hotel in the old style with elegant dining room and excellent and competent waiters. Rooms a bit worn out and the bathrooms are just OK. The Breakfast is excellent, Pool is good. WIFI not working well.
