I staid there for 2 nights and i had a great time. The Villa has 3 bedrooms with king size beds and one living room with an extendable sofa. It has a big dining room as well. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 of them are rather small but ok. The big bathroom has a washing machine in case you need to wash your clothes. It is not easily accessible, as it is located on a hill in Balchik and is rather isolated, but the view is breath-taking so i guess it's worth the hassle to get there. The villa has a big yard with sunbeds, hammock, rocking chair and swings. It also has different things for children to play with. You can also make a barbecue if you want, as it has all the facilities.
The Wifi is free and is working very good inside. 
If you want to stay there you have to rent the entire villa, but the price is very good. We paid 190 Euros for 3 nights. There is somebody to greet you and give you the keys, but during the entire stay you will be alone with no owner to bother you.
