Perfect location - just cross the street and enter to ski road 200m near gondola. The room was very clean and it has everything you need in the kitchen. Clean and confortable beds. Parking is free in the back of hotel. Ski deposit is a little bit small and it hasn't heaters for boots. It has a reataurant but we didn't use it. 

Very cozy and freandly place. Rooms are big enough and clean. Location quite close to gondola. You just have to cross the road wear skies and glide to gondola.The breakfast is good started at 7:30 so you have time to get the gondola little before 8 am when the huge line starts to grow up. As well you can go to sauna or jakuzy. Sauna is free but jakuzy is for fee. I gave 4 stars because of the shower and taps. They are leaves much be desired. I stayed there  twice and going to stay next time as well.

The location of the hotel is ideal- close to the Gondola, ski rental shops, restaurants and pubs! The staff were friendly and helpful, decent options for breakfast. The room was basic, clean and all that we needed for our trip!

In the heat of the summer ,my family and I visit Basko. I come from the Aegian sea,week  a go,were the temperature goes above 35 C. My plan was to go and refresh ourselves in the very nice nature   at regain of Bansko .Climate was very enjoyable for this hot period of the summer so we can feel well by refreshments in the indoor swimming pool, also using Turkish bath and sauna .In the evening we have nice walking in the city with traditional restaurant and kitchen. I must admit that food was to expansive for the quality that had, also the serving of the staff in the restaurants was under required standards .My intention of visiting Bansko  was manly to have amusement in the evenings, besides walks, seeing nice sites and location in the old center also to be present for three days on  International Jazz festival at Bansko.  So ,I looked ,concerts of  Candy Dullfer and Mungo Jerry blues band among the others groups not so famous. It was the successful three days spent in the Bansko , Bulgaria .

Incredibly close to the gondola station, and ski road that u shall use on your way back from the tracks. there is a supermarket next to the hotel. specious clean rooms, ok breakfast, wifi work all right. friendly stuff except the lady in the restaurant section.
limited indoor parking, but lots of reserved space around the hotel. we stayed in room13, comfortable, quite room in the first floor.
