Very friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast was handmade fresh traditional Bulgarian omelette and was tasty. Views over the Pirin Mountains from the hotel balcony were excellent. Would definitely recommend if travelling to Bulgaria for mountaineering or skiing.

Great service

İt was first visit of me with my husband to Bansko , nice comments about Alexandra &Pri Ani is compelety true in trip adviser ... we were comfortable in the room , breakfast was enough , totaly clean guest house ...transfer from hotel to Gondola is easy by Alexandra.. He is Hard working young guy , very İnterested his customers needs , and  
Always smiling on his face..I am also advising Pri Ani👏

Pri Ani Guest House 

Clean and warm rooms with great mountain views, very well priced. The owners are really nice and accommodating, Alexander did home cooked breakfast for us every morning their cafe below the rooms and then gave us a lift in his car to the gondola.
He also gave us plenty of info before we came and took us to a ski rental shop where we got 20% off. 

Ski Holiday - nice clean rooms, great people 

This was our first visit to Bansko and we were pleasantly surprised.  The Pri Ani was perfect for us.  Our room was clean, warm & comfortable.  Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful, used local produce, pre-ordered the night before and served in a lovely bright room with views of the mountains - (the cheese omlettes were lovely!).  The Gondola is approx 15mins walk through town, however for us this was a plus!  Alexander happily transports to the Gondola every morning for 1 Euro, we stored ski's in ski hire shop every night and were more than happy to walk back exploring the Old Town, deciding where we were going to eat and calling at one/two bars.  

However all that said, the best thing about the Pri Ani is Alexander, Reni and all the family.  They were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating they made our holiday very special.  Their friendly little bar on the ground floor is a meeting place for all the locals, serves amazing Cappucino's and a Gin & Tonic for 75p! We ate at Soprannos (across from the Gondola) twice because it was the best food we'd had in ages - it is probably the most expensive place in Bansko (£30per head) but could double that price in UK.  Enjoyed Retro Cafe for a coffee/liqueur & cake on our way back from skiing and also loved the dark candlit and real fire ambience of Wine Bar 25 (in the Old Town) after a hard day skiing.  Old Town prices are unbelievable cheap.  Also worth trying the Bulgarian Breakfast pastries which are sold across the road from the Pri Ani out of a serving hatch - hot fresh baked large savoury cheese croisanty kind of parcels 50p (seems like everyone in Bankso calls there in the morning to grab one).

Pri Ani - A little Gem

The room was a good size with sofa, tv and fridge and balcony. Located in a quiet street, a 10 minute walk from the bus station and 10 mins to the town centre. Owners friendly and room was a good price.  Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Pri Ani - A Great Find

We came to Bansko to try snowboarding for a week and stayed at Pri Ani Guest House. 
We had a two bedroom suite, which was very nice with a little kitchen and a sitting area. The rooms had a fair WIFI signal.  
The owners were very nice and helpful, every request we had was catered to immediately.  
The downsides: the hotel is 20 minutes uphill walk from the gondolas, however, it was a good exercise in the mornings :-)
Also, there is no reception, only a coffee house that the owners own near by. When they aren't there they can be contacted by mail.

Nice room

Very bad and old property ! I don’t like nothing. Review is not correctly. Only area is good. Balcony is very small. Don’t have elevator. Don’t have breakfast. Down is not clean. Bathroom very old. Bedroom is not comfortable !
