Guest House Kaloyanova Kushta 

this is where I stay on my summer trips in Bansko when my usual hotel (Dream aparthotel) is closed. This is a guest house on a side street 2 mins walk from the old square, the centre of Bansko. The rooms are en suite and very modern, there is a fridge, tv, extra blankets etc in the wardrobe, basically modern style hotel room at a great price Breakfast is fairly basic, coffee, toast etc but very nice and certainly adequate, The owners have limited English but are indeed helpful and easy to communicate with even with my limited Bulgarian language The parking is on street and can be busy at times, although there are always spaces close by. In the summer there is an outside kitchen and eating area in the small garden which is very nice, especially the barbequed meats prepared in the evenings Wifi is available and is free. Overall a great experience.
