St. Anastasia Apartments

My friends and I stayed at St. Anastasia Apartment in Bansko, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We initially booked it for the perfect location, the great reviews, the spa, kitchen and the ping-pong table. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. From recommendations to solutions. Any issue we faced, she had a solution for it—especially in my case. On the last day, I lost my ID, and I can confidently say that without her help, I wouldn’t have been able to return home. She assisted me without hesitation, showing a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. She is clearly passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her guests. Whenever I return to Bansko, I will definitely be staying at her apartment. Even though i lost my ID, i had exceptional time in Bansko and Raya(owner) made it possible. Truly one of a kind.
