I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about!! Get what you paid for, HUGE apartments and close to the slopes, restaurants and bars!) Overall: + 3 HUGE apartment rooms with living room, dining area, fully equip kitchen (including oven & hob) - bedroom and bathroom WITH balcony (view of mountains)!! + It was a 5 minute walk to the gondla and we chose ski360 ski shop which was right opposite the gondala so we left our skis there every day (which is also right opposite the BEST apres ski bar - Happy Ending) + pool, sauna, massages (we didn't have enough time to do these things but great to have the option) Detailed: Our group of 6 (3 couples - 27/28) travelled to Bansko on Wednesday 2nd March to Monday 7th March. Prior to arriving we were in communication through booking.com to discuss any requests and the hotel offered us a mini bus service from the airport. It was all very plane sailing. We arrived very late on Wednesday (after midnight) but this was no issue checking in. Breakfast every day was a wide spread (after having seen previous reviews I was skeptical, however it was more than enough for us and a really wide range, including bits for vegans!). Double beds were two beds pushed together but that worked perfectly to have a great nights sleep.. and more space!! Overall i'm really pleased with this hotel. I think what people need to understand is that you get what you pay for but it was really fantastic in terms of space, being able to dry your wet clothes and cook if you didnt fancy going out. You would never get these prices or space in the Alps!! Would definitely go again!!
