We stayed here for 4 nights, it was a great base for hiking in the rila mountains which are breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was large, immaculately clean and had a balcony with great views. The food was traditional home cooked Bulgarian cuisine and was very tasty, we loved every meal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel or stay here again
