The closest you can get next to the water of the Kardzhali dam lake. It's a great place to just relax (they have a pool, so you can be lazy drinking their homemade lemonade) or have it as a resting place to visit nearby landmarks (there are plenty of those, too). The hosts are very friendly and run the place themselves -- you can always ask them about what to visit next. The breakfast is rich, the fish is delicious -- I definitely recommend this place!
