Basic room, cleaned regularly. Breakfast poor. Food average. Prices OK. Real downside is wet room shower/toilet. Drains honking, someone takes an early morning dump you can taste it in your room. Owner and family nice. Loads of chav ingurlush and edinburgers. 

Cheap for a reason 

Just had a week here at the 3* accommodation and having reading the reviews wasn't sure what to expect but we had a good time the rooms are basic but you get what you pay for the maids came in every day the rooms and hotel was clean and staff where lovely only downside was the sockets where high up I wouldn't have a problem coming back

Great location 5 mins to beach plenty of shops bars and restaurants perfect spot for everything.
Room basic but clean.
Family run hotel with some real characters.
Breakfast pretty good but remembers its continental. Pool was a great size but never actually used it as were beach lovers.

It has everything that it says... My room was very clean and there was a great perfume in the area... Also the view was wonderful especially at night! The only thing was that the man at the reception didn't speak English but we can communicate... 😊

We stayed at the hotel arda for a week with my wife six month old baby and my parents and inlaws so the was 7 of us. 

1.plane was brilliant and roomy 

2. The drop off was around the corner from the hotel. No help from the guide just told go through the gates

3. Getting the keys was ok. Then we entered the room no a/c. It had not bee  cleaned. The cot for the baby was not fit for a animal. My parents room smelt of pee/ sewerage and no a/c and just as bad as ours when we complained the was going to put us in the same type of room on the floor below and rep was no help what so ever. Rooms was very basic and outdated. The breakfast was terrible and not worth having go the 100% family pub right by the hotel 

4. Pool was freezing all week. The pool bar was good. The seating was ok. The pool area was not enclosed

5. The hotel was central for bars and restaurants and the night guard was brilliant. 24hr supermarket open outside the hotel. There is a strip club outside the hotel and there was no problems from them. The beach is a 10min walk and flower street was 15 / 20 min walk or 2levs on the train out side the hotel. 

So if you going to stay in the hotel arda stay 3 star which all have been up graded the 2 star is outdated and not nice
