Quiet hotel, very clean. Comfortable rooms. There are few little things missing (shelf in the bathroom, shower cabin instead of floor shower) but generally you have everything you need. The apartments have one TV in each room. Nice view from the balcony. Breakfast is served in their restaurant just in front of the hotel, Food is tasty. Parking is large and free of charge. WiFi is good.

Good family hotel in Smolyan

We stayed there for one night, although the reservation was for two.

On the phone, we were assured that the breakfast is typical local food.

What we got was the thing on the picture. Now, if you don't recognize it, it's:

- some kind of wanna-be butter
- fake jam
- white bread from the supermarket
- a piece of white cheese from the supermarket
- five pieces of salami... from the supermarket
- one boiled egg (the only thing with any nutritional value there)

When we told the owner that we were promised something else, he said that they are 'rotating' the breakfast meals. I guess we weren't lucky, huh...

So, not to sound too negative, there were really great things there. For example:

- the lake was there (it's not fake).
- there is a nice view from the restaurant
- there was a nice view from the room's balcony once you get used to the trash bins right below
- it's really quiet during the night because there is almost no traffic on the main road that goes near the hotel
- I guess the barbeque would've been awesome if they had opened it because it's right next to the lake

Now, if you look at pictures, you would think that all rooms have lake views. Actually, only some of them do.

The hotel has two parts, the one with the restaurant is right next to the lake and the other, which has the majority of rooms, is on the other side of the street.

Almost Average

This is the prefect hotel for visiting Smolyan region, Smolyan lakes and Rodopi mountin. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. 
There is a nice restaurnat at the hotel that serves very delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes.
