I am very pleased with the atmosphere - spacious apartments, very warm during the winter months, nice fresh furnishings and conditions of use.
The hotel itself is easily accessible and located so as to reveal magnificent views! Around us, we enjoyed of the mountain, the forest and incredible, crystal clear air! And sun!
A clean hotel with a very nice spa center and pool, and very friendly staff!
At any opportunity I would visit again !!!

A fairy tale

First I'd like to thank the staff of this hotel.We stay 4 days there,and we had such a good time!Everething was just prefekt-the temperature in the rooms,the pool was very clean,the b'fast was very rich,the SPA also was great.The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't change the sheets at all for this 4 days.The hotel is not close to the sloops,and you might need a car,but they have small bus you can use(2-3 times a day go to the lift).

It all started with a mixt-up reservation. We have booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 livingroom, and 2 bathrooms;  instead we received an appartment with 1 bedroom and 1 livingroom - and 1 bathroom. For the same price!!! They have added a matrimonial bed in the living- room. So...was I in the bedroom? Or in the living- room when I entered the room?? In compensation they gave us dinner for 3 nights. 
What was really "amazing" was that ONLY 2 people from the personell were waring masks. One girl at the reception desk (out of 3 people who rotated) and one waiter in the restaurant! The mades, the maneger, the other personell they probably didn't hear about it! 
The mades practically kicked us out from  the room to clean after 3 days of only replacing the toilet paper and throwing the garbage. Can they clean the room without wearing gloves and masks?! And with us inside or asking us to go outside and wait on the hall?? At a 4 stars hotel?? In Covid time?! Can't they come back later if thy see the guest is resting ? I asked them to come back later and to put on the mask, but they didnt speak English!! None of the 3 mades. In fact only one guy spoke English there. When we needed something we had to call him. 
We had no complimentary toiletries, only small soap to wash hands and small doses of shampoo. 4 stars hotel??? I wonder how they got those 4 stars;  on out last day before leaving they didnt even throw away the garbage. 
The food was poor, especially at breakfast. I have found dirty cans to be used as clean, in coffee area. And the sugar was put in a cup for everyone to use it with a spoon. Same spoon. This is what I would do at my place, in my own house, not in a 4 stars restaurant. 
The swimming poo had rules. Noooo, not the kind of rules you would think of. The rule was that if a kid is in the pool a parent MUST be in the pool too! Come on!! My kids know how to swimm, they are big enough, +9 and 11 and half! Why do you make the kids wear swimming fins ?? They took classes of swimming! Did you even ask me? If I go into the pool with them, then why are you there?? What for? I am confortable watching them from the side of the pool, you can't make me enter the pool against my will. WHY DIDN'T YOU POST THESE RULES ON THE SITE OF THE HOTEL?? I would have chosen another hotel knowing all this. 
At a 4 stars hotel you don't find a bath- robe and some slippers in the room?? You have to rent a bath- robe from the spa area and when you leave you have the deposit money (for the bath- robe) back??
The wifi: :)) was a joke! In the rooms we had veeeeery little wifi, most of the times we had to use our mobile data. My kids were spending time in the hotel lobby or the restaurant  because these were the only places where the wifi was working...
The hotel does not deserve 4 stars! Far from that!!! 
They did have an empty  room for the ski equipment like a small warehouse, but it was not warm inside, they recommended we take the ski boots in our room every day! How about that?
Lucky for us we had good company and it sweetened a little our staying! 
Never to come back again!!
