We will never repeat it again. The two days in Forrest Glade were the worst hotel experience I ever had:
-	The room was colder than the hallways of the hotel, they gave us a small heater which didn’t make much difference. We paid nearly 100eur for a bedroom and a living room, but in the end, we used only the bedroom, the rest was freezing cold.
-	On the first night the water in the shower was a bit warm, which was ok. But the next day it was freezing cold. We called a few times and they told us the boiler that supplies the hot water to our floor ran out and we have to wait for 1h. We did, but nothing changed. Then they moved us to another room, which had its own boiler, so small that it was only enough for a quick shower for one person.
-	The Spa centre was cold and the steam room and the sauna were barely working properly.
-	No one changed our towels for the two days we were there.

There were a few insignificant things like, the breakfast being too late and the low quality of the food in the main restaurant of the hotel, being quite far from the centre (20min drive with a car).

Just a horrible experience...

Horrible

The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable. We paid for breakfast and dinner. Both were on a block table. The food was delicious and sufficient. No tension was felt. , although the hotel was full on weekends. On Saturday there was a "Rhodope evening" with Rhodope music and a Rhodope dinner, which surprised us quite nicely. Our nights were in an apartment. it was level too we did very well and would love to come back again. For the fitness maniacs there are levers in front of the hotel, and for cardio, walking routes are optional.

Excellent

The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful location. We had booked a Deluxe Apartment. We really like the room. Even as a compliment from the hotel, we also received a bottle of wine. The food was delicious and reach. Тhe water in the pool was warm. Good and friendly staff. 
We recommend the hotel!

An amazing place

The two of us wanted a weekend getaway in the Rhodope mountains and this ended up our choice. 

The first thing we noticed was the lack of parking, as someone else mentioned. 

Coming into the hotel, the lobby was pretty sparse but nice enough. Lots of kids running around without much parental supervision though. The receptionist was helpful throughout our visit. 

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished and had a TV in the bedroom as well as the living area. We were very happy with the decor. 

Unfortunately, the food was terrible and the dining room was pretty depressing, but typical for this type of establishment. I had paid a decent sum to have breakfast and dinner included, which was a huge mistake. The breakfast was edible but greasy and unpleasant. No fruits were offered. Dinner was almost inedible, save for the shopska salad which was fine. They also charged for beer, which seemed odd at least for the first drink or so considering the cost for the meals. 

The spa center was pleasant enough. The pool area was a bit small and lots of screaming kids running around, once again unsupervised. 

This place has a hidden gem though- the masseuse. My partner and I both had exceptionally good massages, dampened only by the sounds of kids screaming in the pool area. 

Overall, it was a pleasant place and pretty good value for money. If you enjoy skiing, boarding, hiking, snowshoeing or snowmobiling, the location is great. 

Nice and clean apartment, beautiful nature, dreadful food

A friend of mine found this hotel and we decided to go there for few days. The prices were quite attractive. Before going there, I read the reviews for this hotel in Internet and in brief everyone said that the restaurant is awful. I confirmed that right after arrival. The receptionist warned us that the restaurant will close soon and to go to have a lunch while it still works. This is the first restaurant I see, which has an afternoon break. It is closed from 14:00 to 18:00h. We were 8 people and we ordered more than 10 different dishes. Somehow these guys managed to $#@#$ all of them, except one pizza. It was clear that we will not eat there, but decided to check it for breakfast. I regret. Since that we were having a breakfast in the apartment.
The girls at the reception were polite, but there are not too many things you can do in the hotel. There is a pool, but it is pretty small. The water is carried in tanks from somewhere. On their web site they claim the pool is refilled every two days, but I have doubts about that. There is also a photo on their site with a pool table in the lobby, but it wasn't there during our visit. You can borrow a backgammon or a set of playing cards from the restaurant. There are few bikes also, but unless you like offroad biking, there is no goo place where to ride them. Kinds could play on the trampoline next to the hotel, but for adults there are no much things to do (the restaurant is closed in the afternoons, as I said).
The hotel is otherwise clean. The apartment was spacious enough. There were few dishes, forks, spoons, if you want to eat there.
They claim there is Wi-Fi everywhere, but I didn't manage to find a place, where the signal strength is more than 1 bar. I never managed to connect to it, thought.
The parking space is quite limited. It was quite difficult to find where to park my car in the evenings.
They advertise themselves as a place with good massages, but I didn't tried them.
As a conclusion, you could use this hotel to sleep at nights, while traveling around during the days, but it isn't a place where I will go again.

A place to sleep, but nothing more

I stayed in one of the houses on site that was privately owned, absolutely no faults with that...it was lovely, but my god the receptionists were absolutely useless!! We hadnt been before and luckily were helped out alot and given some useful information before our visit by the lady who owned the house, but if you wanted any help from the reception staff, do not bother, you would have been wasting your time. On a couple of occassions we asked for a taxi to the main villages, there was not too much around to be honest, everybody seemed to know the places etc and the list of numbers for most restaurants in the area would have probably been a page long, but it was the only reception in the world I have ever visited who asked me for the number for taxis/restaurants?! Im not sure If i have missed something, but receptions are there to help you...arent they? The attitude of the receptionist was disgusting, the blank expression on her face clearly showed that she did not want to be there or help us im anyway. The task of calling someone to collect us become very difficult. 

The new manager on site was lovely although unfortunately there were some communication issues on both parts, we asked for logs for our fire on several occassions and they never seemed to appear 😞 she also told us that she needed to get into the house to clean and change everything which was perfect, but after a day out we came back to clean towels...no cleaning is believed to have been carried out, if she did then Im not sure what?! 

The actual site is a little distance from the slopes if you are coming to ski, although it is beautiful, I would maybe stay somewhere a bit closer to the village and slopes to prevent any issues with taxis if I were to come again as I dont drive out there. But thats personal preference.

Useless....

Worst hotel in Pamporovo. We were a group of 15 young people who decided to meet the new 2016 in the mountains. Where should I start? Cold rooms during all of our stay. Worst service ever. The restaurant wasn't working when we arrived and we stayed hungry all day long. The food is awful also. Very unpolite people all around. Don't come here!
