People asking money all time.You are not aloud to pay with card.As all money goes in pocket.They send people away from Sauna if you don’t have cash.Also in bar is not possible to pay with card,when there is a card reader.You get kicked out from Sauna and even turn of hot water in shower.How this can be a class hotel.

Poor attitude

My experience at this hotel was amazing. The cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and the mountain views made my stay unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable, and the on-site facilities, including the spa and restaurant, added to the overall charm. If you're seeking a delightful stay in Pamporovo, this hotel is a perfect choice. 5 stars without a doubt!

Amazing 

Had a visit to Nessebar and tried this water side restaurant. 
Food was beautiful and service excellent.
Prices were also very reasonable. Large beer 2.5 lev.
Will definitely visit again.
Bulgaria keeps serving up great surprises. 


Beautiful food

Went to 5 nights stay with my family. Towels were never changed during this period. Trash was throwed away on the third day after complaint nevertheless we were with 7 months baby. Parking was too small for the whole hotel (there was second one which was also full most of the time). Restaurant was always full and noisy. Menu was made from 5 different meals which changes every second day, sometimes you eat on lunch what was left from the previous evening. Walls are very thin, you can hear neighbours from next room very clear. 
Water in swimming was cold, and the sauna - too small.

Family vacation

Many are incorrect from two weeks waiting for an email reply. I rang said they would answer me still waiting.😠😠  the woman on the phone does not give any information anywhere in the hurry to close the phone.

Very bad 

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at the Ski Chalets at Pamporovo Village in August. We liked it so much that we decided to come back with the kids two weeks later. The chalet itself is nicely set up with a downstairs living room with fireplace and a small kitchen with everything we needed to make a decent meal (you shouldn't expect a gourmet kitchen). The TV has a Playstation with a few games and DVD player (only one movie unfortunately, but we brought our own) We live in Plovdiv, Bulgaria so it's a short drive (less than 2 hours) for us and we prefer to make our own meals to save money. Regardless, the restaurant looked nice and it seemed as if they were always busy despite it being summer. Everyone was very friendly to us and put up with our bad Bulgarian. Even our dog made some local friends. Each bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom which is great when you have teenage daughters! :) Our girls enjoyed sitting out in the balcony in the morning sun to do some reading. The temperatures are delightful in the summertime here and the view towards the mountains is spectacular. You can also take a nice walk in the forest nearby. I highly recommend this place for a summer getaway from the hot city! Plus there are many things to see in the area including caves and lovely villages. Two Summer Weekends in Pamporovo

We stayed at 2 ski chalets located in Pamporovo Village which we booked through skichaletatpamporovovillage.com.  I've been made aware that Forest Nook 1,2 and 3 are not the same as the Pamporovo Village in which we stayed, however, apparently they don't yet have a Tripadvisor page in order to review it correctly, which is a shame.  
Both chalets were very clean and had everything we required for our stay, apart from an Iron but reception was happy to loan this to us.  The beds are very comfortable and both rooms are spacious.  There isn't much wardrobe space at all, but I suppose with a ski holiday there's not a lot to hang, there was plenty of drawer and shelf space.  There's two bathroom and the showers were both lovely and warm.  Be aware that hot water does run out by your fourth person showering, unless you keep your showers short.  But the boiler does quickly heat up again by the evening.  
The restaurant within the village was lovely, plenty of space and Andrew who worked there was very friendly and helpful.  Prices are very cheap, as it is in Bulgaria in general, but more so here.  Marina, who took care of us during our stay, spoke very good English and was extremely warm and welcoming to us.  On the first morning we spoke to her and she advised us that the village arranges shuttle to the ski centres free of charge, however it seemed to be impossible most days for this to happen and we ended up paying a shuttle service with Jordan.  Again, this was very cheap and reasonable, and after having to get a taxi back once from the ski centre which worked out cheaper than the price Jordan originally quoted us, he was happy to match that price.  Jordan couldn't help us enough and was more than a taxi driver to us, he advised us on places to visit, was only ever a phone call away and even booked things for us to do.    
We were a group of 8 and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pamporovo Village.  All of us have expressed how we'd love to go back soon.  The Bulgarian are by far the friendliest people I have encountered, and I myself, have done a lot of travelling.
