Our stay was very uncomfortable and ruined a lot of our trip. Upon check in we felt like a burden when we could not Bulgarian and the staff could not speak English. We were though spoken to in Bulgarian instead of them trying something else. The employees gave no impression that service is important to them and that they are not dependent on satisfied customers. The laundry team could not speak English either and only swapped the towels if they were laid on the floor. Sheet and the "quilt" was not exchanged throughout the stay and neither the shower, the toilet nor the sink was cleaned, which made it for some reason smell sour In our bathroom. One day we had been on a jog for 2.5 hours, it had not been cleaned in our room, something they justified that we could not be in the room when the laundry came, something we would not have been ....

If you want satisfied customers, you can not treat people so badly and disrespectfully. They must then realize that those who make their business go round can not be treated in such a way that you feel like a burden just because you want to check in at the hotel you have paid for and more other events!

they write that they offer high speed Wifi, but the Wifi never worked! u had to find spots in the room where the wifi worked for 4 minutes, and then that spot did not work anymore.....

our doblebed concisted of to beds, and thats normal, but the two beds where totally different! the one much harder and unconftereble than the other, so me and my boyfriend had to share the one confirmable bed so that the sleep that week got very poor 

Warns everyone against staying here! Will never be here again !!

The staff made us feel like a burden!?

hotel afrodita sea house is very beautiful, clean hotel. people in this hotel are very pleasant. we liked holiday in this hotel, which is placed very closed to the sea. i recommend this hotel to everybody who would like to visit nessebar and surroundings.

Together with my girlfriend we spent a great vacation in this place, and I`m responsible to recommend this hotel in Bulgaria, Nesebar. 

-It is located extremely close to clean beach (less than 50 metres)
-It has small but comfortable rooms, AC, fine shower with restroom, and comfortable, big bed, and romantic balcony.
-There is an everyday cleaning service
-near hitel building you can find swimming pool
-staff is very pleasant, and ready to listen help you in any minute! 
-cuisine is simple, but very tasty my advice try a "melba" desert, or grilled fish there.

If you want to find a quite place for rest with/without kids-than this place is perfect for you!
btw. price for room is not high, if you want to order it in advance!

Great, Calm Place

It situated on the second line from the sea. So like 2 minutes and you are on the big and clean beach. Hotel has its' own swimmimg pool. Rooms are not big, but they made pretty comfortable. They are cleaned every day. Breakfast is so so, but you definitely won't be hungry after it. In 15 minutes walking you will reach the Old Nessebar. So if you don't want to over pay, this is perfect place with good conditions.
