The hotel was ok. The rooms where ok. Food was good it could use a bit more attention but good. The pool was great! Staff really friendly  and the receptionists where great in English. All in all a good experience.

Good price for a 3 star hotel. The food is good, romms are clean, staff is friendly, the pool is nice and clean. The only problem is with the elevator, many times is not working, you have to stay to wait a lot, and for a 14 floor hotel just 1 working elevator is not enough.

Although it seemed not open, it was so quiet and we never saw another guest, we called in off the street to ask for something to drink and eat as my husband was in need (he is diabetic) and we had been walking a long way. They could have told us to go away but they made us welcome with beer and a toasted sandwich. Also they let us use the Internet. 
It was very clean and a nice pool area, with a children's pool too. 
Although we were not here to stay, on first impressions I would certainly come and stay, it's not too far from the beach either. 
Nice hotel, nice staff although obviously they don't all know English, they will find a staff member who does.

Brief visit but impressed

Nice Hotel

Had to upgrade to the tall building which was far better, all 3 pools had very clean water, alas the pool area really needs sorting, the 2 barmen were superb and there was 1 receptionist who was very helpful in sorting out various issues that arose. It is on the edge of town, so no evening noise. Certainly looks nice in the evening, although the pools shut at 6pm.

The hotel was clean and tidy, nothing to say there. 
The disappointment came from the unprofessional behavior of the staff, noisy housekeeping staff and unpleasant management. We had booked for 1 night, payed before arrival. We decided to extend our stay by one more night. From then the staff started harassing us (banging on our door, waiting in front of our door for hours, behaving really unpleasantly) to pay as soon as possible, made remarks that we should have warned the morning reception shift as well..

Unprofessional service

I am not one to complain but this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at!

We have visited Hotel Kamenec and stayed there for a week. We did not expect anything luxurious, but for the amount of the money we paid(550€ per person) we expect at least something.

"All inclusive" program includes all food and drinks you can eat but there was really small selection of food to choose. On the top of everything there were a group of cats running around the restaurant all the time. After third day we can not even see food at this hotel and  we prefered to eat out of hotel, there is plenty of nice places in Nesebar with fantastic food for affordable prices.

Regarding rooms - air condition was working properly which was only 1 positive thing.
The bathroom was disgusting with terrible smell from shower trash. All the pipes were rusty and look like they're from beginning of 19th century.

Swimming pool was quite clean, but there were sharp edges where we cut ourselves so many times.

If i could give 0 Star I would do it definitely.
