For the third year we visit the Boriki complex. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The apartment they are staying in is large and always warm. The food is not always very varied, but it is delicious. A few minutes from Malina Station , and a 10-15 minute walk along the road.

If you are looking for charming luxury house with splendid Mountain View, delicious food and professional service - this is your place. Location is just few minutes by car from ski station and slopes.

Luxury mountain villas

We stayed with our kids and family total of 9 person. Hotel location is good and quiet, located just 5 minutes drive from Malina ski center. Staff does not speak good English but they have done their best to make us comfortable and helped us a lot. Food is also delicious at the restaurant. Will return again.

Lovely hotel...

Very difficult to find the location, far from Pamporovo, with no signs to direct you. The parking and the facility were a pool of mud. The The showers were leaking all over the place, the sewage did not work properly. There were no amenities in the kitchen, they brought some only when we told them that we are leaving. The breakfast was poor and the so called restaurant was small and dirty. poor choice of TV channels.Very bad management!!!!!

Terrible

The apart-houses are located in an extremely beautiful area in Bulgaria - pine forests whichever direction you look at. Ski slopes are 5 mins drive away and are easily accessible. The houses themselves are build in style quite close to the historical "Bulgarian revival". The interior is nice too. The housekeeping staff are nice and helpful. Houses were very warm and cosy throughout our stay. So long with the good things. The road leading to the complex is hard to be described as a "road" - it was a muddy path that could be quite exciting for an off-road enthusiast, but not for someone trying to get there a few times a day with kids without getting all the mud in the apart-houses. The complex is located at the back of another slightly bigger one and is poorly signposted. From the main road all you see is the big sign for the bigger complex. The restaurant is very small and the service is poor to say the least. The lighting in the house was so low that you could get eye problems from trying to see in the half-dark. The reason was so trivial - economy - 3 and 5 watts bulbs all over the place. There was hardly any choice for breakfast(included in price of booking). The waitress was totally inadequate and the manager never managed to keep his word - it was all promises but nothing to follow.
