Awful ! Interesting architecture of thе house and yard,but that is.Housekeeper is absolutly rude and instructional.Almost the same as you are in the army.Unfair and false attitude.For museum is good,but for staying-look at somethin else.

Let me start by saying that the house-hotel is incredibly beautiful.  I'll stop here with the good stuff..

 Our entire stay (supposed to be 2 nights but we left after the first) was ruined by the fact that everyone who came here had a different view of their stay.  We came 2 days after our wedding and wanted to rest and enjoy.  Other people had come to have crazy parties… Not bad, but this is a hotel, not a private villa!  First we politely asked the people (who we’re having the party)to turn down the music and shouting (they were on the terrace right outside our room and it was 12pm) but they had been told by one of the staff members that they could celebrate.  We called the owner because no other person from the hotel was there (which is ridiculous in itself!) and she told us most brazenly that she too could only beg them to stop, but it probably wouldn't help.. The other  option was to call the police… Us calling the police is her hotel??  RIDICULOUS!
 In the end, we had an argument with the other people because they found out that we had called the owner... It almost led to a fight.  The situation only went away with shouting and an invasion of our room by the other company, for which we can sue the hotel…
 And we and the other guests, with whom we subsequently quarreled, spoiled our stay.  It is entirely the fault of the owners who did not create compliance rules and there was no onsite staff monitoring.
 If you decide to go, please mentally prepare yourself for no sleep if that's your frame of mind!  Pity!  Such a nice house-hotel and the experience was terrible!  I do NOT recommend!
 The fact that the owner never showed up the next day was the highlight!
 We were forced to leave because we didn't want to risk another such incident on the second night!
 WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Terrible

This is one of the best places i have been in Bulgaria. Not just a guest house but a threasure. The friendly owner, the authentic ambience and tasty local meals, the amazing yard - everything is perfect. Go and feel it!

A must-visit

The hotel is a renovated traditional Bulgarian house dated from end of 18th century. The garden is well kept. You are warm welcomed by the owner. Rooms are good size, immaculate clean and comfort. Bathroom is with walking shower, completely modern and supplied with amenities. Bed comfort is excellent. Breakfast is not the usual set-menu or buffet. It's homemade Bulgarian dishes - banitza, fried bread, jams and yogurt. The hotel within walking distance from the town centre. Staff is credit to this place. Recommeneded for couples, friends and families. I'm surly is visiting again.

Authentic experience

This is one ot the most beautiful places I have been. The house us old and charming. The owners are the best. They make you fill at home. In the morning your are wakeing up from one rooster.  The food is incredibal. It's home made, by the owners. 

Place as no one else

Dear traveller,
This is probably the nicest hotel I've been to, last couple of years. Away from the centre, calm, quiet, unforgettable garden and traditional rooms.I simply didn't want to leave.
I have mt remarks on the service but I was told local people are a bit outspoken.
I strongly recommend!

The hotel complex has a lovely garden and its own restaurant, close to the city center in a quiet and peaceful place. The rooms have a private bathroom and everything needed for an unforgettable holiday. The staff is courteous and responsive.
