Sunset Private Apartments 

First impressions were poor. Some staff rude and abrupt and totally unhelpful. We arrived 4pm hungry and thirsty but nowhere open to eat and bars we could see closed at 5pm. I suggest study the map and opening times of things well. Our room in ETA seemed so out of the way and only air con in master bedroom but things got much better and we would definitely visit again. We are 2 adults and 2 boys 11 and 4 years. Our room had 2 bedrooms, huge living area with kitchen, fridge, freezer and washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers and a bath. At first the only working air con was in master bedroom but when I asked if there was a fan available they came out straight away and fixed the other unit in living area. Boys bedroom was still boiling though. ETA seemed quiet and out of the way but after a day or 2 of getting our bearings we realised it was lovely. All the pools were great, the waterpark fantastic and has foam party 2pm everyday in good weather. The restaurants were fine, pleny of choice you won't go hungry. The times we found were earlier than other holidays but we soon made it work, there are plenty of eating areas with varying opening times. The beach is so close and the sea so warm. It was amazing. The inflatable sofa on jet ski was a huge family favourite. We loved it. The evening entertainment was good. Kids disco at 8pm which again is earlier than other holidays but actually was great. Nely on reception was super helpful and she deserves a mention. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. We stayed on the resort most days apart from a taxi to nessebar old Town. 50lev I taxi. Very very nice lots of shops/stalls plenty of restaurants and scenery the beach here was also lovely. And a walk towards pomorie with few souvenir type shops . The hotel is very spacious and clean and never a fight for sunbeds. Pool towels are included free. The indoor pool was lovely with a slide for kids when the sun was too much. There is a kids club with indoor play frames and toys and crafts and an outdoor play park along the beach. All In all we have had a fantastic holiday and would return and recommend.
