My parents have been staying in this place for 6-7 years now so when I decided to go to the beach, a split-moment decision, this was my first choice. The first thing that made a good impression was that the owner herself came to pick us up from the bus station. She is very friendly (as was the hotel maid) and always ready to point you in the right direction when it comes to restaurants (all very nice and at decent prices) and the best spots on the beach depending on what you want (we had a 3 year old kid with us so she pointed us to where the water is shallower). The hotel itself is small but has many advantages - it is close to the beach and the center where most shops and restaurants/bars are located. The street is quiet and there is a small grocery store with a coffee machine at about 40 m from the hotel. There is also a pharmacy close by, as well as a playground. The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily. After the third night the sheets and the towels were changed. There was a small fridge, an AC and a TV. An electric tea kettle could be put in the room if you ask for one. The balcony was big and perfect for having coffee in the mornings (small table and chairs). There was an iron and an ironing board on every floor, as well as an internet router. The bathroom was small but comfy, with its own boiler. The bathroom window and the room window had mosquito nets which was a huge plus for me. The room prices are decent.
