189 reviewsThe hotel exceeded all our expectations. Very cozy, and the staff ‘s attitude is on another level . Not every hotel will have a receptionist who will sew up a jacket you have torn while skiing and always greet you with a smile. We liked everything: the location of the hotel, the attitude of the staff, the food, the room. We would like to thank bellboy Slavche for his vigilance, ski depot employee Borislav, who kept all ski equipment in perfect condition, receptionists Cvety and Iliyana for their responsiveness and friendliness, restaurant manager Sonya for her smile and good mood. You all made our vacation. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.
