The location was great, near the city center, the room was very clean, the staff was super helpful, it was perfect for our one night stay. It was easy to park. Our room was nice, with huge bathroom with excellent shower.
Great place for short stay in Sandanski.

It's a little, family owned hotel that offers very good quest rooms at an affordable price and is at a walking distance from the city centre.
We, two grown ups and a child, stayed there 8 nights. It's clean and fresh, the rooms are spacious and ok equipped with most necessary kitchen stuff. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, air-conditioning in each room. We stayed in the apartment, room 204, and it was spacious and very convenient. The apartment is facing the inner yard and is very quiet with beautiful view. The wifi was good. The hotel offers a free private parking as well. 
There is a very cosy restaurant at the hotel that I can highly recommend. 

The lady running the hotel is very helpful so if you need anything, do not hesitate to ask.
Our room was not cleaned every day but I believe it could have been arranged if we asked for that.

We stayed here on our way to Greece (Lefkada) and also on return. The rooms are very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean. We also had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and we were very pleased.

We stayed here for two nights in two different occasions, transiting to and from Lefkada, Greece.
The hotel is situated near Sandanski's city center (less than 10 min walking), in a quiet area.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, with nice bathrooms, TV and refrigerator, comfortable beds and pillows. 
The wifi only worked in the second room we had.That one also had a big balcony, with a nice view over a valley.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, even though not all of them speak English.

I highly recommend it.

We stayed one night in our journey to Lefkada. It was very clean, comfy and cheap. Wifi was poor in room 105, so ask for another. We had a double room with a balcony, AC, fridge, etc. All working fine. They have free private parking also.

Sandanski is an excomunist city, meaning those ugly old building.
But the view is great. The city is quiet and great for relaxation. Full of mediteranian trees, has a very nice smell. Quite hot in the summer.
The hotel was easy to find. It is situated near kaufland market, in an area full of little houses. 
You can find an exchange office inside kaufland, open even on sunday.
The adminstrators spoke only bulgarian, but they were full of good will.
The rooms were big, we had an apartment, a bedroom with a confortable bed and a dining living room with a small kitchinette and a confortable sofa bed, enough for two adults.
Clean, clean, very clean.
We were traveling with two little children, one two years and another four years.
In the back of the hotel, there is a small beautifull garden, where is the parking space.

Near the hotel is a restaurant, but it was closed.
Small bathroom, tiny I mean.
The water reaches everywhere, after a short shower there is not a dry spot.
Not so many tools in the kitchen area, one ring cooker working so slow...20 minutes for a coffee to boil.
