Visited only the restaurant (not the hotel) and there was a good selection of fresh seafood. (I apologize to have no pictures from the seafood) but this was very good.
However my favorite dish was the baked goose liver. This was really sublime!! Combined with a strong Bulgarian Merlot, I can recommend everyone. My compliments to the chef 👍😋😋.
We had a table located next to te river. This created a great relax water sound and gave a cool breeze on a hot summer evening.
Also the service is very professional and they understand exactly what you need or requested

Only visited the restaura (not the hotel) sublime dish of baked goose liver and excellent selection of fresh seafood! 😋

We made a reservation for 2 adults and a baby. I called the hotel, asked for the baby bed and they say okay, no problem. I asked also if the room is big enough, and they told me yes.
When we arrived they gave us room on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator 😳 The room was too small, so we left right away... And imagine if its possible to find a new hotel on Friday 🤬
When someone call you to ask questions regarding their reservation, give them the whole information. This was the last time visiting Sandanski!!! 


Never Again

Благодарни сме на управителя, че ни убеди да останем, апартаментите са хубави, спа центърът -още повече. Храната също не е лоша, макар че един кулер за вода и сок щеше да е доста по-приятно за закуска. Това, което разочарова са най-вече повечето сервитьри.

Very nice & charm hotel, bad service

We very appreciate the suggestions of the manager and the good prices he gave us for the apartment. We like it even better than Saint Nikola. The apartments and pools are good with really hot mineral water, can be used even in the winter. We like the spa center very much. The breakfast and food are ok, but some cooler for water and juice could be nicer.
The only thing We really dont like is the bad service especially in the restaurant.

Hotel is away from town but close to the big park where you can take 30-min walk to town center. Rooms are moderate. Water in the pool is hot and pleasant. The pool is a bit deep bear in mind if you are not a swimmer. People start throwing towels on the longchairs from around 8 am which is tolerated by the staff - so by midday there is no one by the pool and no free longchairs. Breakfast is a-la-carte and is medium-range. Place is very silent though and you can use the pool 24/7.

I was there wiht my husband for only one night. I loved the swimmingpool. Room itself was stinky and small, smelling of wet or something else. Balcony was shared wiht the nebours but we did not meet them, only something of thier stuff was drying there. Hotels staff was friendly. Expecially the women with the long hair was nice. We noticed there was a baby cat in the swimmimgpool area alone and in very poor condition. I mentioned that to her and hope they will do something to it because it was very sad for everybody. The cat was head. If they dont take care of the cat,  they must eliminate it.

I went there just for lunch. There is a nice terrace with view to the river but thats all. The food was just ok but not ok for the price. It was a bit pricy for what it had to offer. I would recommend it only if you are hungry and you have nowhere else to go or if you want to see the view.

Nice view but nothing more than that for restaurant

This was our second visit to the hotel and yet again it delivered. 
A very smart and immaculate hotel with excellent service, 
The pool area is lovely with comfortable sun beds and a very clean pool.
The outdoor eating area is really very nice with the whole area covered with grape vines, lemon an kiwi trees and various water features really make this area quite exceptional.
The rooms are very clean and tidy with air con.
Great food and service.
Will need to get a taxi into the local town which is about £1.
Will definitely return...highly recommended.

Superb !!

Super nice people and good location innthe woods. The spa center and the food are very good. The river, the pool and the forest make it perfect place to relax after long working day. It is very calm and the rooms are cleanedvwell?

Great service within the woods

The hotel is located in a forest outside of Sandanski. We were given a huge 2 bedroom apartment, which was nicely furnished and had all the commodities. A big bonus was that they accepted small dogs. The restaurant is on a terrace by the river and is surrounded by kiwi trees! Simply beautiful! The food was really nice and the staff was super friendly. Prices were quite cheap as well. At night, since the area is a bit secluded, I would take walks to the neighboring Pirin Park hotel.
