First the price is perfect for the quality the hotel presents to you. The room was clean, spacious and we'll furnished. There was little touches that made me feel welcomed, like covers for the glasses, triangular shape for the end of the toilet paper, and so on. The restaurant does not work, but there is coffee and tea the whole day, and in the morning light snacks. Let me tell you about the staff, they are the most helpful, welcoming, and friendly people you will meet. Be sure to check this hotel if you visit Smolyan, you will not regret it. I will most definitely stay there the next time I visit Smolyan.
