I have been to at least 20 Bulgarian hotels and had half board and all-inclusive. This one was all-inclusive. The room was good with a large fridge, balcony, and TV. The mattress was good quality and not worn out unlike other hotels. The food for all-inclusive, for the price paid was fine. I am English and used to the hot food being really hot. There is a microwave to heat it up some more if you wish. All in all the food for the price paid is fine. The pool has the advantage of sun till at least 1800hrs. As for the staff, again, I am English and found the staff to be friendly and to be the same as they are in Bulgaria. I find you have to sometimes start a conversation with them, first.
