Waiter when asked does 4.50lev for the vodka include mixer of cola was advised “yes”. On the bill arriving was horrified to see 5lev each on top for Coke. Spoke to waiter to explain the problem. (Bill doubled without prior agreement) Was advised police would be called if we didn’t pay. Asked for manager who took off some Cola’s to pay for what was had. Awful and upsetting service. Entertainment fantastic but service awful. AVOID.

Avoid, Serious Bill Doubling Up

We decided to pop in for a drink on passing as they had entertainment on.
Ordered a large beer and vodka and coke,  asked for the bill which came with 3 drinks on it  when confronted by my partner the waiter went to the fridge and said would you like the rest of the bottle of coke. 
They had charged 4.50lev for the vodka and 5lev for the coke, so basically they are pouring a bit of coke in each drink and charging several people for the full bottle. 
Total rip off place going from reviews on here,  we got off lightly

Rip off bar, avoid at all cost

The garden seems not to be on trip advisor separately from the hotel so I’m having to write the review here! Terrible do not come here, the place was full, not a spare table and as a couple and we saw two women sit at another larger table as it was the only spare table, the waiters and angry manager came over and asked if they could sit with us as they needed the space, so our table was big enough so we let them. Then proceeded to watch them fill the table that they had originally been on with a group of three, a separate couple, and a single man!! Then kept asking other diners to share their tables with people and making them move up. I ordered the chicken and chips which is cooked outside and my partner ordered a pizza, 40 minutes later both arrive and my chicken was nice and the chips stone cold!! His pizza was awful the cheese was hard like it had been reheated rather than cooked fresh. The singer was Madonna and she sung three songs the entire time we were there and spent the rest of the time annoyingly talking to the crowd rather than entertaining telling everyone to “come together brothers, sisters, love each other” over and over and over even interrupting her own songs. A couple we met later in the week told us they visited on the Sunday and watched people order the advertised Sunday roast.. and the waiter run across to another restaurant to get them! Honestly so many nicer places around avoid.

The garden

Just come out of this place 2for1 is a joke we were charged 13 Lev for a vodka then an extra 3:50 Lev for watered down orange avoid if I was you. Also the menu said free beer with the meal don't know where that went. When I complained they just got a young waitress to talk to me. It wasn't her fault so I paid and left we won't be going back

Rip off don't bother

Please avoid** my wife's dinner had a long hair in... Which happens I guess.. However when we told the waiter he argued with us stating no women worked in tge kitchen**lie** then went onto laugh at her when he removed the dish... He charged us for the dish even tho only couple of mouthfuls were eaten.. After a polite discussion haha the price was ammened... Eat at your own risk here poor service.. Entertainment was average for the evening.. 

Terrible service

Do not order without checking prices, divide by 2 and you will see most are as expensive as the UK and some even higher. We orders 2 pints of Magners at 8lev(£4) only to be told they haven't any draught and they have poured us out of bottle at 10lev (£5) each, what a rip off. The entertainment is good however the prices and service are poor to say the least. Approach with caution.

Just back from our holidays, party of 16 family and friends the evening entertainment was excellent the residents band and singer(Miguel) was fantastic plus every night a guest singer on this place does fantastic food and amazing cocktails our young server(Manon) was amazing and such a credit to this place see you all next year 

Great evening entertainment 

The family liked it because of entertainment has to be honest the acts aren't half bad the guy who trys to get u in the bar is very nice. I found that the blonde waitress didn't seem care I asked for lemon fanta and got orange and I found my drink to be very watered down .so every time  I was made to go.in with family I just ordered water 

My personal experience 

we found worms in our salad! The waitress was above very unfriendly when we confronted her with the fact..the least she could do was offering her apologies..but even that she didnt..so terrible food and terrible service...

Terrible

No Idea what the hotel is like. But the outdoor spacious restaurant is fabulous. They have specials on each night. We went when it was half a roast chicken, chips and salad plus entertainment for as about £10 each. Food basic but tasty, entertainment real fun. We didn't book and if you get there before 8 you probably don't have to but it fills up quickly
