One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Family run, friendly, well equipped rooms. Clean. Plus a gym. It’s not in city Center but a short walk. stayed 2 nights. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning works well. Good WiFi throughout

Great family run hotel

Pri Popa Hotel is easily found on a road running parallel to the Danube and an easy walk to the many bars and restaurants in town. The sign is in cyrillic lettering as one would expect in Bulgaria, but I went past at first. One junction, by a filling station and 1km, to reach the ferry to Romania.
There is adequate well lit car parking and sturdy fencing  to which to chain the motor bike. Bicycles have their own storage area. 
The room was clean and large with a balcony. Some rooms have a better view than the residential tower blocks that I was looking at. I like the fact that the aircon went off when the door was opened. Kettle, coffee,toiletries and adequate towels were included. The TV had lots of channels covering several languages. 
There is a plunge pool on the roof. From the roof terrace there is a panoramic view over the town and over the Danube to Romania.
There is a snack style cafe on the ground floor with inside and outside seating. Breakfast is available but not included for my stay. The small supermarket over road provided my breakfast, eaten as I crossed to Romania on the morning ferry.
Friendly helpful staff. Good price. I like the lift directly from the car park. The reception is up a flight of stairs which I only figured out after walking all around the outside of the building.

Good value.Good location.

We stayed for one night on our bicycle trip along the river dunav. We had a studio room which was big and clean. Beds are comfortable and room is quiet. Bathroom was also nice and clean.
There was a small kitchen included. This was the only disappointing part. The kitchen facilities were not really clean and not equipped with stuff for two people.
Other than that, the service was good and staff is friendly. The hotel has a well equipped and good in shape fitness center in the basement. On the ground floor a small restaurant is located. 
Thus, overall a very good hotel with an excellent price/value ratio.

good value for money

Nice place, excellent  coffee with brown sugar, good price, nice service, polite people, high speed internet, breakfast was prepared fast, parking was available, beds were comfortable. If possible would visit it again.



Parfait!

One of the best hotels in Svishtov . Clean, tidy and very friendly stuff. The price is ok and you get lots of extras next to booking a room. I would choose this hotel again for the next traveling to Svishtov .

Nice hotel

I was very surprised. We planed to travel some of the Danube towns in Bulgaria and our first stop was Svishtov. The town is typical Bulgarian jam from something new and something old. Both not so good as they deserve to be, but if you dig deeper you will find treasure. Anyway - for the hotel - quiet, clean, our room was equipped with kitchen sink, microwave, place for cooking... The stuff - kind and helpful, they very fast resolve our little problem. In resume - very good , very quiet /please notice that we have stay there in working day/ in the 5 min. by car from the center. This - for absolutely good price.
