Great atmosphere. 
The customer service is very good, the rooms have good view to the city. 
It is in the very centre of the city, transport is minute f the hotel and the beach alley is 5 min by walk.
Have everything in the room, very tidy. Recommend.

Great hotel

We pass one night in this hotel. Really close to the city center so the location is really perfect. The receptionist was nice and helpfull and the room also was nice and clean. Really good value for money

Everything good

Half August we visited our friends and were looking for a night to stay in the centre of Varna. Hotel Perfect matched 'perfectly' well to our needs. It was very affordable in price, located in the centre,and only minutes away from the beach, the parc, shopping or cultural things to see. In the morning excellent breakfast with even home made things and good coffee. I can only recommend this place if you look for central place quiet and still close, for a few nights or even more time.couldn't add beautifull bed cause exceed allowed MB but is nice

Central location and nice atmosphere

A really nice hotel, friendly staff at the reception English speaking, very helpful. The rooms are clean, large, modern style and very confortable. We didn't have breakfast there because it looked averege.

Nice hotel

Loved the small hotel, air-con in both rooms of the apartment (top floor).  Very central, with an easy access to Main street, to the beach, to the Gardens.  I will definitely consider booking there again.
Staff were delightful and helpful. 
Breakfast was very good. Cups in the room for coffee - on the smaller side, we really needed mugs for tea and coffee. Definitely not for Brits, can't make a decent cuppa in them.

Charming

the room was very big, with nice terrace and all comfort you need. It was located in a small street in the middle of the centre, and which was giving in a main street with all restaurants, shops and bars. Walking dista,ce to everything- nice staff and excellent breakfast- good value for the price and I recommend it to anyone who like to visit Varna

Cleanliness: 9. Price 10 (Price wasn't only convenient, but really the best you can have for this level).

Not a big 5 star hotel with a pool. If you prefer a more luxurious hotel, price would double to €70 a night.

 I've been to few different rooms as I extended my stay several times.  It's a small and lovely hotel.  
Rooms were beautiful and esthetic. There're some with a jacuzzi/ hot tub, small living room area and balconies. Each one is different in size and design. 

Was given a room in the basement floor upon arrival, I didn't like it, as you enter and got stuck in a bed. Besides that, it seems they hired a sadistic engineer to make the renovation, otherwise I've no explanation how come a fully renovated room has a "India-style" shower (water is spilled on the toilet, plz. check pictures).
After making my point, that I've no intention staying in that room, a "solution" was found to give me a single room (instead of the ordered double) for 2 days, after which I had to move to the room in the basement.
The single room  was a great surprise, as I've never imagined, that you may create a room from 7 Sq m - I'm a tall guy (1.93), and I truly don't know what the receptionist was thinking about when she gave me a room, in which I can't even stretch my arms in its width!
The only good points I've grabbed fro this hotel are its exterior and good location in the center.

Perfect, but maybe for dwarfs!

The hotel is very very clean and neat with anazing, friendly and helpful staff. Botteled water is available at the reception desk. There is a kettle and instant coffee in the room. I reccomend booking a Junior suite or a suite. Location is 49m from the main pedestrian zone and 5 min walk to beachfront. 

Great hotel in city center 

I have known about this hotel from working in Varna where a colleague stayed before it got taken over & refurbished last year, so I tried e this hotel much to my disappointment! It looks very nice on the website, however it's not. I paid for a suite, but should have left as soon as I smelled the room. It stank of sewer and dampness and when I complained to the reception, I got told it's like this when it's windy in Varna. For a hotel which has been refurbished in the past year, it is not being maintained whatsoever. There was wallpaper peeling off the walls, water marks on the ceiling, curtains hanging from the rails. Go here at your own risk!
