This hotel totally exceeded my expectations, the check in was easy and fast, the room itself had a little odd smell in the beginning but nothing big. The room was big and spacious and in the winter time, it was really toasty warm,  the bathroom is the best bathroom i have seen in these range of hotels and it was equiped with a speaker for radio. The spa facilities were very good, the turkish bath and the jaccuzzi were in the same room, and it was so hot inside and so cozy we ended up staying in there for 45 minutes. The sauna is also very nice. Turkish bath, jacuzzi and sauna are all free for hotel guests.
A great value for the money. I will surely stay there again.

Exellent

I was very impressed by this hotel. The rooms are very clean and big. The bathroom is also big, clean and there is radio in it. The restaurant serves delicious food. Unique SPA area. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool is outside. There is a small place where you can put your bathrobe and flip-flops. But there is no place where you ca put your phone and save it from the humidity. But generally everything else was more than great.

Unique hotel

The hotel itself is hidden in Velingrad and maybe not so popular. However all the rooms are pretty unique and add great value to your experience. Very well and interesting designed. The service is also good and the spa is great. 

Great and quiet hotel

Everything, everywhere was clean and nice. The outdoor pool is small but quiet and very suitable for relax. Breakfast is ok, staff is kind. The parking space is not enough. The rooms are interestingly decorated, but somehow too much ornate.

Averege but acceptable

Nice and spacious room, but with an old TV, which made a negative impression.
Big bathroom with built-in radio, which was great.
Very nice Sauna and Turkish bath, but that was it! No relaxing area, which is a biiiig minus and the pool is outside, no place for even a chair at the pool, because it is covered. I would not go there for the SPA-it is not worth the money and the time, as you can not relax. 
Food-veryyyyyy poor, white cheap bread, cheap meat for breakfast, you need to pay for the espresso as they serve nes-coffee. Unfortunately we had dinner the first night-big mistake, do not repeat it, please-awful, tasteless food and no one cared that we left the plates full-this was the worst food in a hotel-ever!!!
The staff in the restaurant do not care if you like the food or not. The reception staff are friendly.
Overall experience-below average, my recommendation-do not go there, it is not worth the money, nor the stars the hotel has.
