It was a great location , our room was a good size but could have been cleaner , a bit old  looking . The staff were very nice but not always available . The breakfast was nice , good coffee and selection.

Central location. Comfortable and very clean room. Very helpful reception, especially one receptionist Miss Kunthea. She's very kind and efficient  and she helped me to solve a problem in few minutes. Tasty breakfast and great wi-fi connection.

Let's start with the good: our check in receptionist was friendly, helpful and accommodating.  The bed was comfy & seemed relatively clean.  The AC worked.  The shower had good pressure.

And the bad: check out receptionist was a bit frustrating to deal with, sometimes we couldn't find staff at all when we had a question, if you want your room cleaned you have to leave your key sitting on thd counter at the (sometimes) unattended reception desk, and the worst part? The room was filthy: dust hanging from the ceiling, walls have probably never been washed (there was a boot print above the headboard, droplets and streaks of something spilled down one wall), the fridge was FULL of ants (we swapped it for another fridge), the first "non-smoking" room we were given smelled as if someone had just spent 2 weeks chain smoking in it, etc etc.  

The bed was alright.. That was about it.

I chose to stay here as the location was good. Bus company nearby..vegetarian restaurants nearby and its not over crowded..but the hotel is really in pathetic condition. dont know when it was last swept..  As i stayed in such a great hotel Siem reep the day before..it was shocking to me to be here. The staircase is an eyesore with dust settled for  days on it.

To make matter worse..the care taker could not communicate in any other language except Khmer which i find a little strange. Hotel receptionist who only speaks Khmer ?.. .. is the first sign of  troubles to come.

Stay away from this one..

Perfect accomodation for a group of 4 who were stopping over in Phnom Penh for two nights. We were in Phnom Penh to see the well known sights such as the killing fields, S21 and the gun range and this was a perfect hotel to stay in. It was cheap, right at the end of the main strip of hotels and restaurants, and with a supermarket underneath the hotel I had no complaints.
Would recommend for a good budget hotel with a good location.
