Ms Kim, who runs the hotel, is an amazing  woman. Anything you need help with, booking tours, visa extensions, travel arrangements, she can and will help. 

The hotel is very clean, the air conditioning works wonderfully, the hot water is actually hot. The location is super convenient, just a 5 minute walk to pub street. It's also on a quiet street so there is no noise from bars at night. 

I was recommended this place by a lovely couple from England who run a bar just down the street and their recommendation was spot on. Comfy beds, nice balcony, and a great little restaurant out front. 

Great place!

There are so many good things about this hotel. For starters, the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. There's plenty of hot water and you'll feel better, anyway, after a quiet night's sleep. 
The hotel is in a great location. It's near Pub Street. You can set up tours of all of the tourist attractions. To top it off, they've added a bar and restaurant called "Smile Coffee and Bar" with cold beer and some very good food. Try the chicken wings! They also serve excellent fruit smoothies and energy drinks.  
Both the hotel and bar are managed by Ms. Kim who does a great job helping tourists and expats in Siem Reap. She can answer any question and her natural rapport with guests will make you feel welcome.

Wow! This hotel is wonderful!

Angkor Orchid Inn is a hotel very close to city centre (but although a very quiet place). The rooms are huge and very clean. The stuff is friendly and organizes different tours for you. A free airport pickup by TukTuk is included (So you have a lil sightseeing tour when you arrive). Breakfast is ok.

Friendly stuff and close to citycentre

This place is horrible, I had to leave early it was so bad after paying the host $330 for a month.

-Poor Water pressure.
-Almost no hot water
-Almost no house keeping, once a week if you are lucky.
-duplicate keys exist 
-very poor internet
-No food, the picture is fake
