Hostel simple, with very good price (7€ night), very cozy. Centrico, a 15-minute walk from pub street. The treat is very good, they are very attentive.

Hostal is simple, cozy and welcoming.

It's very nice in the centre. The reception room leaves a pleasant impression as well as the staff. But here's the nightmare room, even though it's enough for a couple of nights. The room is on the third floor, without air conditioning, with ventilator. The laundry is coated. During our stay there was a problem with the sewer, we had to breathe with myasms. But we still found a plus. In the evenings we went through the window to the balcony where there was a chair and a table. We drank beer - enjoyed our rest after a tiring tour of Angkor Wat.

Yeah, but it's really dark.

In all Cambodia I've traveled this was the only accomodation which has polite and helpful staff...If you're heading to Vietnam this place is ideal to arrange Vietnamese Visa for only 41$,in other parts of Cambodia prices are 60$+ so try to make it here...Location is not ideal but you can easily get to Pub Street in app 10min walking,or take a TukTuk for 1$...Rooms are large with comfy beds,toillet could be cleaner,but for Cambodian strandards it has a decent look...Budget accomodation,the cheapest I slept in Cambodia and the best...Great laundry service also...

Nice Place to Stay

This is the worst hotel we've stayed in. The towels and sheets are brownish, no office or wardrobe for clothes. We wanted air conditioning, he asked us for $5 a night. Nobody at the reception, they're evacuated on the couches at the entrance, no refrigerator to give us cold water, it was still 35!!!. When I asked why there was no refrigerator in the room, he told me that the former owner had gone with all the refrigerators and TVs the week before and then got excited and told me that there hadn't been a refrigerator for 2 years (the refrigerators were stored in the next room of our rooms). These are the people who don't want to invest in a hotel to avoid being a guest.

Disastrous

The hotel is located just off the road to Angkor Wat et as close to pub street (5 minutes in tuk-tuk, for $1 or $1.5 no more). Well first of all the nights are at $7.50! which makes it an excellent price ratio. The rooms have a basic TV, a fairly large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Toilet paper, toothbrush, toilet paper, water are provided. Do not hesitate to redeem there is no more! Likewise for the shelves, do not ask for any cleanliness, because the hotel owner has not done a good job of keeping a good price, and when the hotel owner has a very good price, the hotel staff has asked for a very good price when they have made a very good sale (the hotel has a very good price).

Well-placed personally pleasant

We had a reservation and when we got there he told us that there were no rooms left. A shame!! The man looked like he didn't understand us and when he showed him the email that the reservation was full, Noah said that it was full.

It was a disaster.

Nothing recommended, it's an ugly, dirty place, with cockroaches and mosquitoes, away from the center, bad smelling, uncomfortable bathroom, old and dirty,....and for the most part, the receptionists try not to help you at all.

A horrible place.

When coming here I expected a lot better. The blankets were stained, the air conditioner leaked all over our floor, the toilet was broken - and wouldn't flush properly to.

This place has a lot of potential to be really nice - the staff members are lovely too, it's just a shame how bad our room was and how poorly it had been cleaned and serviced. 

I'd go elsewhere 

The first thing that surprised us about Lest Parigots was that the room was nothing like the pictures they show on tripadvisor or even on a poster at the main entrance of the hotel. 
We also were told that if we wanted air condictioning we had to pay the double for a room. This was not on the room description. It was unfair as getting to know that we would have chosen another place. Anyway, we stayed 3 nights with a fan in such a warm tropical weather. 
The room was dirty. There was even a bag of rubbish from the previous guests. In three days nobody did the room, neither bring more toilet paper.
But the worst,NO DOUBT, was the personal. They seem so so greedy: always trying to sell us a trip to Ankor wat or to wherever, ALWAYS offering us prices on excursions and blabla..Of course I understand it is your job and you want a profit from the services you can sell to your guests..But your job is also to help them to have a pleasant stay and they DIDNT. For instance, we asked about some help to plan our trip (how to get to Pursat) They said they didnt know. They only wanted t sell us their fixed excursions. We decided to stay one night more because it was the water festival, but then we heard about sleeping buses to keep traveling so we told them TWO DAYS BEFORE that in the end we wanted to stay 2 nights...I saw so many people at reception on this day asking for a room on the day we left (because of the festivity). They did not give us the money back. The keep the money for that room, even thought we told them in advance and they were going to have that room occupied.

When I travel, for me it is not about having a good room, with warm water and clean sheets..it is also about local nice people who help you because you are not from there and have short time to find out things...They were so unpolite and so greedy....They should not work with people

Dirty rooms and greedy/ non helpful staff

Bad from the start. Fatal reception; the staff a few stitches. Dirty rooms. A shower that fills the entire bathroom. The TV doesn't work. Humidities and odors in the rooms. Away from the center. If you can, choose another. Bugs everywhere.
