I could go on forever about all the good things at Leevid Residence! Mayadeth and her family were wonderfully accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including a local cell phone, directions around town, restaurant recommendations, and frequent free rides. In short, we couldn't have asked for a better host! I don't think I've ever had a better experience at any hotel, guesthouse, or Airbnb.

The space itself is beautiful, spacious, very modern and perfectly appointed. Both bedrooms have balconies with stunning views, and due to Leevid's location it's very quiet despite not being far at all from the centre of town. Everything from the bathroom to the kitchen fixtures was brand-new and immaculately clean, and the space is flooded with natural light. Better yet, there's a washer-dryer available, which was extremely convenient. The pool was perfect for a quick dip after a long day exploring the sights in and around Siem Reap before a hot shower with great water pressure.

If it's not clear already, I loved Leevid Residence, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a true luxury experience at a fraction of the cost of a comparable five-star hotel.

The accommodation was excellent.  The building is modern and immaculately clean and the apartment fully equipped

The management and staff were all extremely helpful and efficient - nothing  was too much trouble.

Simply the best!!

This place is AMAZING! The apartment is really modern, spacious and very tastefully designed 5 star apartment. It really is superb and one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in (and we have travelled a lot) 

There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, huge walk in double shower with great pressure and loads of hot water in one of the bedrooms and a full size bath in the other bathroom. The beds are really comfortable, the air con is temperature controlled and the whole place is immaculately clean. There are also really nice patio doors out to spacious balconies from both bedrooms perfect for sitting out with a glass of wine in the evenings.

There is a lovely pool onsite with full sunbeds to cool off in as well as free bikes to use. The night market and Pub Street are only 10 minutes away so you are close enough to town but without the noise.  (It was lovely and quiet). The temples and countryside also all easy to get to from this location.

The best feature of this apartment though is the service. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and there is always someone on site 24 hours. The owner Mayadeth lent us a mobile phone as soon as we arrived so we could call her anytime whilst in Siem Reap. She really went out of her way to make our stay the best and most special and always with a smile. She picked us up and dropped us off at the airport both ways, to restaurants, into town, arranged electric bikes and tours for us (at no extra charge – actually she got discounts for us) and was great for any information we needed to know. 

Whilst in the apartment my son got really sick and had to go to hospital. We called her at 1.30am in the morning and she drove immediately to our apartment in less than 10 minutes and drove us to the hospital. She stayed and translated for us, came back the next morning to bring us breakfast, and then visited my son whilst he was there for 3 days and even picked him up from the hospital.
