This hotel is definitely budget. We arranged to be picked up at the airport and got a 1/2 hour ride in a Tuk Tuk. When it turned down a dirt road to the hotel, I asked myself what I had gotten us into this time. That said, the hotel was fine, not 4 star, but good and clean, great food and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We even hired the Tuk Tuk driver as our guide for the next couple of days

Off the beaten path

Chim, the receptionist, is the sweetest! Kind, gentle, friendly, warm, and helpful. For her, I would give the review 5 stars, but the other two negatives bring it down to 3.

The hotel is located down a dark, narrow, unpaved alley. Our local tour guide didn't recommend it to us again because fire trucks can't get inside. Even tuk-tuk drivers had a hard time finding it. Lastly, there's nothing really within walking distance.

Lastly, there are TOO many mosquitoes both outside and inside the hotel room. The hotel is designed with elevated wooden planks above water, which looks nice, but is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Even inside the hotel room, we killed around 15 mosquitoes during our three nights.

Great Staff! But know what you're getting into.

Great Staff, Bad Location, and Too Many Mosquitoes

The staff is unbelievable kind and the hospitality of everyone is more than great! We loved our stay! The breakfest is excellent! The swimmingpool is oke and the rooms are really clean and the bed is comfortable!

Awesome staff and great quiet location

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly - especially Lisa and Sasa! The bar and restaurant staff were so lovely also!

The room was large and spacious, clean and the bed was comfy.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely Hotel - Would recommend!

The hotel has a very relaxing ambiance. I really love our room very cheap but it has a bath tub and the bed is really big. The food are very delicious so i decided to just eat in the hotel rather than going out. And what i really love about in this hotel is the staffs, the staffs are very kind, friendly and accomodating. Especially to chim,show,thyra and sin. They are very friendly and kind. They always take care of us. And also they gave us discount when we say we have limited budget for food. They are very kind!!! Will surely miss this place and the people hoping i will go back someday. BEST HOTEL EVER!!!

BEST HOTEL IN SIEM REAP 

My stay at the hotel was so enjoyable and I would highly recommend. Thyra, Chim, Sin and Snow were the amazing staff who made my stay. They were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel provides quick and reliable tuk tun journeys into town. The hotel itself is very homey and clean. The rooms are very big with plenty of storage space. The restaurant and bar provided a wide range of food and drink. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning if I am in Siem Reap again.

I stayed in the Suon Angkor hotel and had the most amazing visit.

I stayed here 3 nights before last Christmas. Staffs especially a girl named SaSa are very friendly and the dinners are nice. They provide Tuk Tuk to City center or airport pickup. Swimming pool is also attractive. I will choose it if I go back to Angkor in the future

A perfect hotel not very far from the city center

We loved the hotel because of it’s excellent service and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is in a quiet side alley and still near the city. There is a free tuck-tuck from 5pm in the evening to pub street. 

The rooms are very clean, we even checked the top of the closet- no dust anywhere. 

But most important, the heart of this hotel is it’s staff. Thyra did excellent bar service, great cocktails. Chim assisted us at the reception regrading organization always with a smile and great professionalism. But most important both their English is excellent. 

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. One suggestion for improvement would be the installation of mosquito nets.

ピックアップのドライバーにSIMカード購入を手伝ってもらうなど、ホテルの従業員にとても良くしていただきました。町の中心まではちょっと距離がありますが、徒歩圏内ですし、トゥクトゥクで１．２ドルです。
I stayed this hotel for the first time. 
I was picked up from the airport and asked the driver to wait for a minute to buy sim card but he suggested to go to a shop in town which was a very good suggestion.　
The hotel was a little bit far from the center but you can work there or only a buck or two for tuk-tuk.　
Above all the staff of the hotel is the best. I felt as if I am at home. Breakfast is wanderful and room was so clean. Wife is also in good condition.

Wonderful hospitality

We booked this hotel under the provision of having a family area for 7 people during Xmas. Actually what we got was 2 separate hotel rooms which was not what we paid for. The rooms are poorly refurbished and somewhat dirty, there is standing water everywhere and so many mosquitoes which makes sitting outside impossible. There are NOT 2 pools, only 1 small pool. Location is at the end of a dirt road inaccessible without a tuk tuk. No modern conveniences and actually quite eco unfriendly.  The only saving grace was that the staff (not the manager) was very nice and super friendly and eager to help.
