Booked with them on a booking that said no upfront payment and free cancellation.
They not only took the payment upfront when they shouldn't they then charged us a second time when we cancelled...   now I have been chasing a refund for months.

Fraudsters and Thieves

I was supposed to be a guest there in July/ August. I booked via booking. I booked with payment on the day of arrival. After a month they charged me twice using card details. Ok. Honest mistake. I waited 2 weeks for the money to be refunded. Today I got a refund for only half the amount. Then after an hour or so they blocked my account for the same amount the THIRD time. I had to cancel because I am afraid they will keep charging my account whenever they feel like it. 
Watch out. I have no idea if I will ever see that money and I am out almost 200 USD.

Fraudulent money charges, watch out

I really enjoy my stay in Wheel Garden Residence, Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia.
Good food (Fish Amok) is very yummy and enjoy it with the pool view. And also for the breakfast is wonderful. My room is very specious and clean. All staffs are very friendly and warm welcome with smile. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel to you. Cheers!

Excellent :)

I arrived here on January 14 and will remain here for a while. I'm writing this during the outbreak of the Corona Virus in China. I am teaching in Beijing but am staying in this small piece of paradise until I'm able to return to China safely. It is beginning to feel like my home away from home.

I feel safe here. The staff and management have been extremely helpful to me. They will help me extend my visa, make sure I have a driver for tours and personal trips around town. They have a delicious in house restaurant that will easily customize what you order from the menu. The rooms are clean, neat and well maintained. The pool is cool and refreshing. They have 1-3 attendants at the outdoor bar throughout operating hours.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to make sure my stay is comfortable. If I have any problems with the facilities, they are addressed within a day.... such as a problem with a remote, needing extra towels, needing an extra pillow, or any other issue you may have with your room or stay.

I highly recommend staying here during your time in Siem Reap.

A Home Away from Home

Firstly, Wheel Garden was probably the best value for money we have ever had. Enjoyed the pool, nice breakfasts and the friendly service. However, our room was quite small and when you showered, the whole bathroom was flooding. There were also several minor issues with the housekeeping - like the AC dripping water to the room floor or the standard of cleaning varying from day to day. The food was very good and so were the massage services. In addition, it was clear thst the management is doing their best to improve in all areas, so despite the issues, a very positive experience. The city center is a 3-dollar tuktuk ride away, but this is closer to Angkor Wat than most hotels. 

Friendly service & excellent value for money

The Hotel is really nice and clean. The room was very big as well as the bathroom. The only problem was that they didn’t refill the shower gel.
The pool area is very comfortable to read and relax. The restaurant has a nice menu with western food & breakfast.
They also send a tuk tuk (Mr. Roth, number 16!) to pick us up at the airport when we arrive and we was there on time and was very gentle with us and carrying our bags. Cool guy, we end up to ask him to take us to the airpor again at the end of our stay.
Strongly recommend the hotel.

The Hotel Resident in Siem Reap

Hotel staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a fair standard for the price. Comfortable beds, air con and shower. A bit far from the Pub Street so you need to take the Tuk Tuk. Hotels restaurant is OKAY but you can certainly have better food in town.
For your Temples adventures I will recommend #siemreapjollyswagman

Holidays 

I enjoyed the stay with 2 exceptions. One was a problem with Thailand when electricity went out. Not any fault of the hotel. I would recommend as hot as it was to have the A/C on a couple hours before the client gets there. Room was very hot and took about 4 hours to cool down. 
The front desk was great, very helpful and professional, at times funny due to the language barrier. The pool was nice, well kept and sure did well to cool down. The bar was comfortable and the bartenders were there to make sure you were properly attended. The hotel also provided transportation to any place you wanted to go. The tuk tuk are slow and a little noisy.
The lobby is beautiful. I will give the hotel 4.75.
One thing and is about Kampuchea, stay hydrated or you will get Queen Shiva’s revenge, my mistake. 

Quaint 

My family have a great day in Siem Reap, after heavy day treatment, we go back wheel garden resident is feel good with clean room, hot water, breakfast with pool, also staff friendly .... really recommended if you need accommodations in Siem Reap... reasonable price with nice place !
