We stayed 8 days here and we loved it. The room is large and cleaned every day. The pool is beautiful and right in front of the room.
The hotel is a 20min walk (or you use a tuktuk for 2 usd) to pub street and a little outside the touristic area, which we liked a lot as it is much more authentic. The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay!

One of the most spacious hotel i have been too. The staff  from communication that is to mention Jessica and Kan in the reception are excellent and knowledgeable . To name few more as well ,Monita whose command of English is excellent and has a witty humour 😀  Enjoyed the stay and would recommend family and friends though its bit away from the town .

Excellent 

This is beyond my expectation. Staff is very helpful and they smile lots. Room is very big and bathtub is also large. My partner and I have a very good time here. We move from another hotel to stay here which is closed to Pub Street. Highly recommended 

Staff and Room Stay

Had a fabulous 3 week stay.  Room on ground floor was spacious, comfortable and very quiet.  Pool was a welcome relief even in the rain.  All the staff were approachable and easy to deal with, credit to Jessie and her dedication to her guests experiencing the best of Siem Reap. Fabulous breakfast and dinner options if wanting night in, but they were happy to recommend great places to see and eat in town.  Looking forward to returning soon.

Best relaxing time in years with lovely people to look after you.

This hotel is outstanding.  From the beautiful gardens, to the pool, huge rooms and fantastic service.  We wish we stayed there for a longer period.  

The hotel is a bit away from the action, so a tuk tuk will cost a dollar, however its near enough to be worth the quiet area.  The staff are real gems here - they really try to cater to your every need, and do a great job.  They were fantastic with our kids.

The pool is really great - beautiful, with plenty of room around, some shade or sun and very well maintained.

Rooms. Our room was very large.  It is really well set up, and the beds were very comfortable.  Outside, there is a really nice lounge chair to sit on and watch the kids in the pool.  The bathroom area is massive, with a really lovely bathtub, and shower and storage area for your bags.  No complaints whatsoever in this regard.

The restaurant is very nice, and the ponds with fish make for a great atmosphere.  The breakfast and general food is good.

The staff.  fantastic - such lovely and helpful people as already mentioned.  They also speak great English.  They went above and beyond to make our stay the best they could.

Cost.  very reasonable price wise.

If we went back to SR, this is where we would stay again.

Our family trip to Siem Reap was memorable time. As it was recommended by friends, we choose this place, it's beyond our expectations. The comfortable of the room, facilities and services are above our needs. I would highly recommend to a couple, friends or family vacation.

We enjoy staying with this property because of their friendly staff, helpful and I like your smile and they also really kind of full of knowledge of where to eat and where to go in Siem Reap.
The room with pool view is one of the good choice my kid really like swimming pool and they are hamburger is really delicious.

I just got back from my holiday in Cambodia and would like to express my gratitude to everyone in Bopha Watbo Residents, you guy deserves much more then a thank you for making my stayed as comfortable and fun with you . 

I would like to recommend this place to everyone who wish to travel to Cambodia to park your vacation here at this hotel, it is a small private place so quiet and peaceful, the room nice and clean, food was excellent and affordable, and very close to popular restaurants and all is a walking distance no need to pay for tuk tuk or any kinds of rides.

Memorable moments!!!

Best hotel I’ve stayed at during my whole SE Asia trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, and the pool is relaxing. 
The hotel offers free tuktuks into town every evening, which makes getting around a lot easier

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff

We've been traveling in SE Asia for 5 months and have stayed in more than 40 different hotels, inn and guesthouses. Chez Moi Residence is definitely in the top 5. We originally booked three nights and loved it so much we added three more. Due to their having previous bookings, we had to move around a bit, and stayed in three different rooms. All were exceptionally spacious, attractive and comfortable. The bathrooms were also very large, with huge tubs and excellent showers. We loved the large stone-lined swimming pool. The included breakfast was generally pretty good (excellent croissants), although I wished they'd offered some more Asian options. We had lunch at Chez Moi a couple of times; the Khmer Salad was particularly excellent. Give it s try.

Staff were another highlight. They were uniformly friendly, charming and eager to help. I've got to mention, especially, the young woman named Smey, who was more than charming -- she was downright adorable (and spoke the best English among the crew).

I do wish the staff had been able to be a bit more helpful with arranging our onward travel to the Cambodia/Thai border. Because they could not book a bus ticket for us, we ended up paying noticeably more for a share taxi. I understand that most guests probably arrive (and leave) Cambodia by air but some of us do travel overland.  It would be good if staff was a little more up to speed on those options and able to make bus reservations for guests who  need them. A minor quibble about a really wonderful place.
