Only good thing about staying st Kong bar hotel is for the location. We stayed in room 205 everything could do with fixing!! Wobbly Basin - water pipes not connected so water runs down to floor. Water dribbling from shower. noisy air con. Old shabby bed sheets. Luckily it was just a stopover for us :0

Good location 

We have reserved and paided for a room one night. The very same when we arrived to sihanoukville airport we got an email, where kong bar cancelled our reservation. 
We went there but no free room and they will not pay our money back. 2 other couple stood there in same situation. 
The place cheats and cover up for being a place for old western men who want to buy young cambodian Girls - business for other turists money.

Don't go there

We orginally planned on staying here but thanks to a error in Agoda our booking wasn't confirmed and we were left without a place to stay on New years eve! It wasn't looking good but Anet (the owner) and Tommy went out of their way to find us a place to stay and even paid for it up front to make sure we didn't lose it. They couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and really helped to make our stay in Sihanoukville so memorable and fun. We even went there for the New Years countdown where we were treated to complimentary champagne! Not too shabby at all! 

The bar itself has a great atmosphere is very conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Serendipity beach. 

The drinks were cheap and the cocktails were delicious.

Fun place to drink with really helpful staff and great cocktails

Big, comfortable rooms that were well cleaned every day. All the staff were very service minded, and we felt very welomed. The location is very favorable in short distance to the Serindipity beach, and with several good resturants near by.

Stayed before the price is $15 for a double room $25 for a family room Not what it advertisies on here 2 bouble beds.Now have safes for the rooms.Just up from the beachFriendly bar staff who like to play pool.I recommend this place

Great place 

Let's start with the good! It's really big rooms quite clean and the beach is max 3 min! But then that was also the positive! Let's get to the bad: there was no room service at all... only on demand (it's not so bad) and the room price was 35 dollars a night (it was quite expensive I thought) but what didn't go at all was 1. the volume! Sleeping was almost impossible at all because it was just too loud (the bar music and the street) and 2. when checking out she wanted to charge us for the room again because we supposedly hadn't paid yet! Fortunately, we canceled the receipt. I strongly recommend the hotel receipt to avoid such a folding down.

Not to be recommended!!

I was in this gesture in August 2013, 20$ a day in a family room with a refrigerator and air conditioner. Vivai only in a bar, and if you use them sitting in a bar (in the number of not one stick), the staff requires to buy drinks.))))) As written in previous reviews - the main attraction of this place - personnel, such as in Russia.
