It was to late to review this place in Sihaknouk Ville. Anyway I was really enjoyed at this place and with a fabulous holiday. Even now I don’t this place is being rent to someone else but Nice to relax, Close to the beach 

Great Location 

30 dollars for an aircon room. I was hot and tired and took the room because I just wanted to crash. It's way too much to pay for a room of this standard. Everything is worn and dated. The staff are friendly enough. But you can see if they ever got a buzz from working there is long gone. Bathroom had seen better days. It was damp and had that mouldy damp smell about. There wasn't much chance of getting the kip I wanted until the music from the beach party stops. Although fair play to the lad who works there did say if you want quiet then go downtown. All in all you can get far better for that kind of money.

We got bedbugs!! And the room smelled terrible... the staff was so unfriendly and didn’t want to give us a discount, or help!!! My friends arms was totally eaten up!!!!! I have never tried something this bad, and I have been living in a lot of hostels!!! This was not okay!!!

Terrible stay!!!! Worst ever, do not stay here!!!

We found bedbucks in the beds, a lot of them - the sheeds were full of excrement from the bucks and one of us was bitten really bad! The worst part is, that They don’t want to give us a discount though all our inconvinience with the clothes and backpack we need to get cooked and tumbledried... dont ever go there

Dont stay at this place!!!

Guys, if you respect yourself, you can't even get a foot in this place!!! So here's the only advantage (and for some, the disadvantage) of this ghastly semi-criminal hotel to be found in the spaces of our Earth)) We came here for 1 night under duress (the owners of the hotel booked for 6 months refused to settle due to the lack of free rooms), because everything was happening in the Chinese New Year, other options for urgent accommodation just didn't exist. So here's the only advantage (and for some disadvantage) of being located 50 m from the pier from where the passports depart to several islands. But the size is disgustingly dirty, the atmosphere is everywhere, the bedside of the track is completely empty!!!!!!!! I don't change, the whole thing has a dirt, I put in a plaque, but I don't think anyone can get the same amount of dust, but I'm trying to get a picture of the whole story from the TV station in San Francisco Bay Area, but I don't think anyone can get a picture of it, but I

Chhoeurn very helpful rooms are clean all the staff work very very hard and help sort out any problem near all local facilities they make sure u are always happy and sort any problems  savy top bloke too

The manager showed us a nice room so we decided to stay there, and then he gave us a totally different room.the room was disgusting.Rats everywhere,broken toilet, ac not working,wifi not working,cold water(he promised it will be hot water) He wouldn't let us pay less than 15$ ,and he got violent when we told him that we don't want to pay him. 
And he even wanted to take our bags when we didn't wanted to pay.he was scary and we even thought he was going to hit us(we are two girls) It was the worst hostle we've wever been. Don't go ther no matter what.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!! Worst guesthouse we've ever been

A very noisy hotel at night because of a pub nearby. The music starts around 11pm and stops around 5am! In addition the hotel is very average, staff low, housekeeping not done in 4 days (they just change the towels and make the bed) as proof a handkerchief has stayed on the floor in the bathroom for 3 days! The bathroom water flows into the bathroom and it makes sense to drain through a hole but the bathroom is flooded. The hotel is located near the beach but Serendipithy beach is a very dirty beach, full of beaches and dirt... If you are looking for beaches in Cambodia or the island of Others, then stay away from the beaches and stay away from the beaches!;)

There's a noise, a noise, a noise!

Light room (for me) Before arriving in Sihanoukville we were in Suong so it took little to be happy. It's a proper guest house at an affordable price (10 euros per night as far as I remember) We only ate once in their restaurant and it wasn't to our taste (sensitive to spices). The reception is very good but the hygiene is a little absent (especially in the bathrooms) However, a little advice that has nothing to do with the hotel: When you go for a night walk on the beach, don't separate, not even to go to the bathroom of a bar. Some will lead you into gambling that can end very badly, my mom has failed to get on board and has a little to do with a little towel.

False luxury but correct

Located a few steps from serendipity beach, the hotel is very noisy until late at night and the hotel under construction next door wakes you up early in the morning... The price is high considering the service and it is very pale in comparison to the serendipity hotel located just across the street and which offers prices a little higher but certainly of much better quality. The hygiene is very average, the bathtub is evacuated in the bathroom!
